P6 Recommendations and Conclusions
As per the above mentioned study it has been concluded that the role of CSR having a
great significance in the image of the company in the public. It is a part of strategic decision
where the top management of the cited business unit decide the goals and objectives of their CSR
plan. In implementation of corporate social responsibilities it required various CSR polices of the
business unit. Apart form that there are also various government laws and legislation on the CSR
activities which should be followed by the Torchbox (De Visscher, 2016). They can make
improvement in their CSR policies which can help to implementation an appropriate plan. It can
help to create a sound image and goodwill of the cited business organisation effectively. It also
required various resources such as finance and other. The project manager make sure that they
provide appropriate budget so that they can implement their CSR plan.
Focus programmes should be taken into considerations as if the focus is diverted, it
cannot be effectively managed.
They can provide various assistance to the non profit organisations and charitable trusts
such as funding, knowledge, voluntary work.
The higher authorities of the cited business unit required that to encourage and motivate
to their staff members in the CSR activities. They can make rules which can promote
CSR activities participation. They can make a dedicated CSR team within the
organisation which can handle all CSR issues.
It is the responsibilities of the Totchbox they can provide data and information about
CSR activities to its stakeholders. There are various stakeholders such as investors,
shareholders, suppliers, customer, clients, government and society.
