INTRODUCTION

responsibility which is a key player in the economic and social life. Social responsibility is a
essential level of economic development as it assist in improving the performance so that they

buying group of the independent retailers as well as wholesalers in UK. In the below mentioned
report, discussion based on the business plan of the business entity.

services to their service users. There are many problems which can be face by the company due
to Corporate Social Responsibility that is they have to bear many expenses which having a great
influence on the profitability along with the productivity. When NISA opt the activities of CSR
then they have to cope up with the policies which is introduced by the regulatory bodies. By

PROJECT STRATEGY
The higher level managers as well as owners have to follow appropriate and relevant
strategy and have to implement the different CSR activities as it succour in accomplishing the
targets as well as also helps in doing the sustainable development. For implementing this, they
have to make appropriate plans which assist in making effective decisions. The manager of
NISA have to evaluate the need of several activities of CSR as it helps in improving the
performance of the company in the market (Kerzner, 2011). They have to do research and on the
basis of that manager have to design the strategies which provide an assistance in attaining
benefits. The last step is that they have to implement the plan so that they can overcome from the
challenges in effective manner. Project strategy is beneficial for NISA to reap maximum
