INTRODUCTION
In order to manage a project from conception through completion project management is
the discipline of using established principles, procedures and polices (Svejvig and Andersen,
2015.). The challenge that is been faced by project management is that it have to achieve all the
goals of project in a given constraints. At the beginning of the development process this
information is usually described in project documentation.
Nisa is a small-scale retail company in UK. In this report a new digital technology will be
implemented in this company. The time and the cost that will be needed to implement this in
technology will be defined in this report. Furthermore, this report will also conduct both
qualitative and quantitative research to find out the impact of this technology on the business.

Background –Today more and more company's are making use of digital technology in their
business. In order to ease out their work and develop more satisfaction among customers the
digital technology is been used by the company. The digital technology such as cloud-computing
artificial intelligence, big data, social networking sites etc. are been used in business. The
benefits of using these technologies in the business are many as it saves both time and cost of
the company in order to conduct business (Palinkas and Hoagwoo, 2015). Small-scale
companies are also implementing this technology in their business in order to expand their
business son a broader platform and develop more satisfaction among customers and employees
working in the company.
