Answer: Person-centred, safe, compassionate, evidence based nursing practises,
maintenance of human dignity, keeping human rights alive are some key core values.
Section B: Evaluate the usefulness of the resource
This was a literature review which was taken form a dissertation. So it has been quite
authentic source and found aligning with the study aim.

For this aim some keywords were focused such as mental health nurse, their role and
responsibilities, the core values they uphold etc. For this project some areas such as medical
practises and ethical practises were found useful. These all three questions were driving need to
drill more for getting something new. At the same time, different journals, and articles helped to
expand overall understanding.
4. Reflective section-
I have used journal, dissertation, and article for this project. I found these three sources
original since they were published by authentic sources. The research questions were directly
supporting the research aim so they had been highly useful. In this project I have used different
reading techniques which paved the way to bring better outcomes. I also learnt that using
different sources is the best practise to hike overall understanding. It drives ability of being chary
picker.

Text-1
The text is discussing women's work and the way they make contribution to the world. It
serves the purpose that they are highly affluent and sacrificing in different ways. They have
always been undermined but the fact can not be rejected that they are making sesquipedalian
contribution to the society at a large. There has been number of metaphor were used in attempt to
drive importance of women in the society and how they serve it selflessly. They are inclined to
make contribution which is even not recognized so this message is being driven by the text.
Text-2
This text is all about birth of NHS. Over the time, historical advancement and
development have been narrated showing different phases and struggles it experienced on the
way. The text is implying a great purpose to bring deeper insights to its readers so they can
expand their understanding and can perceive that how it fabricated different narrative in the
society. The core purpose is to light on different phases which came on the way of making NHS.
It give sense that how this institution took place and what purposes it is serving to the citizen of
the nation.
