Introduction:
Business process management is the concept to analyse the process of a business as how a
business creates, edits and how it continue with complete the customer’s requirement.
Different factors as, channels, task management and process management are the part of
business process management. The process of the business process management life cycle
includes different phases as, design, model, execute, monitor and optimise. The current
assignment of business process management has various workshops that included different
tasks in it.
In the workshop one, an enterprise system in used to introduce with different case studies and
provide answers of different tasks. The next workshop four, define procurement game that
based on the business process. The next six workshops include the fulfilment game for the
business process. The production in the business and its process include in the workshop
eight and the last workshop nine used to define the supply chain dynamics with task one and
two, these are based on the given case study of Harvard business review.

resources as, human efforts, machines and tools and chemical reactions in the process of
get output. It is a complete process that used to get output with using raw materials and the
output only in the form of products or goods.
