TASK 2- REPORT
Reflective writing is one of the best techniques and approaches that individual person
prefer to utilize, for purpose of reflecting their own experience and learning in regard to specific
module or session, that they were attended earlier (Pitts, 2021). In order to make reflective
writing and a reflective statement comprehensive, the utilization of specific and appropriate
reflective model is essential. I believe in so and because of this reason I prefer to chosen or
utilize Gibb's reflective model of reflection, which make me capable to prepare a specific report
on my learning in this module. This model, encompasses varied stages or elements that drive
my attention toward making a reflective statement, which include and specify my understanding
for each four topic (Joyce and Jackson, 2021).
By referring to Gibb's reflective model, I want to describe my understanding for four
chosen topics such as time management, academic writing, paraphrasing and public speaking
and giving presentation. In the sessions or module, I have developed knowledge about time
management concept, that made me capable to manage my personal and professional life in
effective manner. My experience related to module is quite good as I have developed great
comprehending about time management term, along with other too, that play important role in
the context of my career growth and success. I have understood time management that is
important and beneficial in every aspect of my life. It is useful for me in term of providing power
and confidence to complete my work on time, and in systematic manner, without making major
mistakes that lead to provide unpredictable outcomes, beyond my thinking and expectations.
Along with that I have understood more things such as academic writing, which make me
capable to present or form appropriate project or assessment, with key elements and concepts
that help me to obtain high scores after work submission. During this module, I also have gain
knowledge related to paraphrasing, that is useful and beneficial too for me. It had teaches, the
best technique to make my work valuable and presentable as well as comprehensive for the
others. It is one of those effective concepts that usually teach or discuss in the classrooms, for
purpose of awaking individual learn about how to paraphrase content and write information in
their own words. In the module, each topic has been discussed, along with public speaking and
presentation, regarding which I already have better comprehending. I know who to develop a
presentation with key notes that highlight what I have covered in the visual presentation, which
in turn make my work useful and valuable. I am able to present a visual work about what I have
learned and need to improve in form of skills development that put direct impact on my
performance in the future, via presentation.

By referring to Gibb's reflective concept, I want to share feeling about learning and
understanding related to four chosen topics that I have learned in the module or session. Before
taking initiative to engage myself in the session, I was quite happy and excited, because of
gaining knowledge about number of things, that put positive impact on my further performance,
either personal or professional related. I feel that module encompasses easy and simple
concepts about which I need to develop my knowledge. I am happy and curious too, to get
advantage of each session, but my thinking was changed, as it known the process of knowledge
gaining and learning in regard to all four topics is not that easy. My experience become the
worst and challenging, when I had analysed that I have to perform productively in form of
obtaining info for available sources that teach how to develop time management effectiveness,
academic writing, paraphrasing and referencing content, in order to make work reliable and
valid. My feeling for learning in the session or module is combination of some bad and good
experience, that affect the way I had performed and plan to do so, strategically. Now I feel quite
nervous and stress, because of actions that I have to conduct in order to develop my
understanding and learning for each topic that cover in session. Along with some positive
experience, I had faced some challenging situation as well, that lead to decrease my motivation
level that is not good for my work and performance. I am quite nervous while making
presentation and preparing myself for public speaking for specific topic. While making
presentation, I am facing several challenges such as lack of time, appropriate resources and
poor source of information. I want to perform better, but unable to do that because of
nervousness and stress, which I had effort to overcome.
I had evaluated that my understanding in regard to each topic play important and
beneficial role in career success. As it enable me to manage my work and submit on time. I
have considered each and every element, during session that is quite essential for me to do so
that as it provide in turn benefits to me in varied terms. Knowledge about academic writing make
me capable to focus on those topics or subjects that has been discussed in module and
regarding that I have to make a report, in comprehensive manner. My experience went well and
I feel more confidence, that affect in positive manner upon my work in the recent time and
future. The overall experience in module went well, because of varied factors that affect or
influence my performance. I have already known how to make a presentation and also learn
more about this thing in the session. On the other hand, along with some positive evaluation
and key aspects, had experienced some negative aspect as well. Lack of support from the
others, it the worst experience that I had faced. My academic writing related learning didn't go
so well, because of poor information that I have. Therefore, I face issues, but still want to learn

how to make this work appropriate. I had worked harder, to gain knowledge about academic
writing and then implementing the same thing into practical manner, which in turn provide desire
outcomes and final result. Outside my classrooms, I have undertook learning about utilization of
internet for purpose of developing knowledge about an area, that I want to learn and use further
to reach predictable results. The overall evaluation, drive my attention toward crucial resource
utilization that aid to achieve my aim, whether it is short, long or medium term. I want to grow
like other people's and this evaluation had helped me to do that.
For purpose of conducting practice, in order to analyse the experience or learning,
Gibb's reflective model stage had applied in appropriate and systematic manner. This phase
had driven my attention toward specifying where I have a chance to make sense of what
happened in the module. I had discussed earlier, I have taken initiative to learn time
management, academic writing, and paraphrasing topics. I also learn techniques and ways for
giving presentation and public speaking. It has been analysed that while public speaking I feel
nervous, which did not went well and unable me to speak more about a topic. It is defined as
one of those procedures that make a speech in public and aware individual about that (Yulianti
and Sulistyawati, 2021). This process requires effective communication skill, in form of oral. As I
am not posing good knowledge about oral communication, I had faced issue that make success
of my learning impossible. Furthermore, I have analysed that while making presentation, I also
faced challenges due to lack of sources and suggestions. I have basic information about a
visual presentation, which is not relevant and appropriate when I am accountable to make or
give a presentation with unique features or attractive element. During the overall situation, I had
gained good comprehending about some specific thing such as utilization of existing resources
such as expert suggestion, who are able to teach and provide knowledge to others about area
in which they are taking interest. The main reason behind critical challenges that I had faced is
lack of suggestion and resource, but now I had analysed that I can do better with a plan to use
and consider expert opinion. I am able to consider the suggestion and their opinion and then
conduct into practical manner to gain unpredictable benefits that in turn provide key advantages
to me in the future.
From above discussion and information, it has been concluded that I had developed
learning about time management, paraphrasing, giving presentation and public speaking as well
as academic writing. I had taken benefit of developing knowledge about each topic in form of
conducting practices related to that when it requires and I expect to gain desire results. In the
module, my learning about each topic had put positive impact on my performance and
productivity level. I had managed my time and activities according daily work schedule, that had

enabled me to accomplish work, which I am responsible to complete. During module, I had
developed time management skill that each and every person tend to develop or improve in
their live because of varied reasons. Furthermore, during session, I had developed knowledge
about paraphrasing, that had made me capable to paraphrase content accessible in different
sources such as books and articles that has been published earlier. It is fact that paraphrasing
had helped me to prevent overuse of direct or indirect quotations and it also more concise than
quoting. It had also contributed to make my thinking better in form of developing area of
knowledge and scope to information writing.
I had applied my existing learning for some areas that make it even better than the
others who also effort to grab existing growth chances for making their career progressive. I had
overcome the challenges while giving and making presentation in form of using available
resources and sources that in turn provide desire outcomes. Along with above learning and
understanding I want to learn more things. I want to improve myself more about public speaking
and presentation giving skills, because it will impact negatively upon my career success. I tend
to grow and succeed like the other, that drive my attention toward conducting too much efforts
and considering key resources.
In the recent time, it is important for individual person to develop themselves and
improve areas that may put negative impact on their performance. Therefore, it is also essential
for me to make my work up to the mark that in turn provide unpredictable results to me. I had
developed an action plan in which all the areas that I want to develop or improve will mention,
with strategic approaches and techniques that I would take into my consideration for purpose of
improving my work, in systematic and effective manner. I seek to make presentation attractive
and valuable, which is possible when I use advanced technologies for purpose of completing
this task. I would like to take suggestion from expert and utilize internet that is full of data, what
all about I need and consider reaching the outcome. Action plan is considered as one of those
effective resources that individual person in the world used to achieve short, medium and long
term areas or aims that help to provide useful benefits at the end. With current effective source I
feel more confidence in regard to overcome challenges that I had faced while giving
presentation and speaking in front of number of people, who are eager to listen what I said and
aware them about specific thing. The chosen model such as Gibb's reflective had enabled me to
share my experience and in detail about learning in module. I had expressed my feeling, with
consideration of strategic evaluation about all over thing that teach a great lesson to me. I had
also specified the learning that I had undertook outside the classrooms and affect positively
upon my career success in the competitive world, where competition level is high.
