INTRODUCTION
Project management is activity to managing whole process of concerning project. Which
help to provide proper effective managed whole planning about project. It is a better way to do

proper project management all work would be done as timely and effectively. In project
management there are various kind of tools and techniques which are aid to achieving successful
objectives of concerning project. The present report is based on CSR activities which are help to
contributing a part of income towards their economy development. Which means CSR activities
are those activities where organisations help to other non profitable organisations to create some
developments. Firms contributing a part of income amount to these CSR activities. With the help
of that amount non-profitable or charitable organisations keep growing. It is greatly impact on
economy development. Networx is a online recruitment company which help to recruit people
for other companies. It is a online recruitment software where company provide to manpower
outsourcing. There are 53 employees in the firm with a turnover of 3.5 GBP. In present report
company sated CSR activities with their working schedule. Further, there are various aims and
objectives will be set to accomplishing all goals and objectives. Company will analysis and study
on CSR activities of Networx . The report has been cover the recommendation and suggestions
for applying CSR activities in said organisation. ( Baumgartner, 2014.)

identifying company capabilities. With the help of aims and objectives company get accurate
way to achieving success. Talon Outdoor set some goals and objectives to achieving high
organisation success. Company hire more skilled people for their concerning business. Networx
is a recruitment company where firm has to be need more manpower to communicate with other
one's . so in that case cited company have to hire more skilled and knowledgeable employees.
The main objective of said company is serving best quality services to their respective clients.
There are further more aims and objectives of this company to maintaining workforce
