business. It is essential to prepare, identify, coordinate and integrate many planning tasks and
activities. Project management helps in defining way in which project is going to be executed,
monitored, controlled and closed. There are many aspects in this technique like scope, cost,
quality, resources, risk and communication. For example, Nisa has to maintain CSR related to
environment protection by limited consumption of natural resources which are included in PMP
as following.
Cost-To reduce access consumption of natural resources, firm will adopt latest
technology in packaging Process (Gharajedaghi, 2011). It can use eco friendly material
for wrapping its products and new machinery for that. So it may cost to firm
approximately 2k euro.
Scope-This is also an important aspect of project in which future potential growth is
described. Nisa will try to gain at least 10 percent decrease in water consumption in
packaging process. So that it can reduce its cost of project and maximise profit in long
term.
Communication-Convey right message among project team plays vital role in corporate
social responsibility as to reduce natural resources, firm must exchange its information
with consumers as well as workers. For example, for proper communication, there will be
some equipment which are used by team members like phone, intranet and Bluetooth
devices.
Time-To compete this whole project of corporate social responsibility, approximate time
will be 2 months (Smith, Binns and Tushman, 2010). Targeting short duration, firm has
to manage its time by planning every single activity and tasks. So to achieve its ultimate
objectives, enterprise has to compete project within time limit.
Quality-In this project management plan, form will make sure that quality of offering
product must be maintained and up to customers. With cost, it has to provide best
possible material in packaging is that maximum consumer satisfaction can be gained in
long term. For example, if quality of material are not standardised the it can cause failure
of whole project and loss will be occurred in future on part of company.
Resources-Sources are root for every project of company related to corporate social
responsibility. They include finance, machinery and skilled human resources which will
help in getting environment protection as CSR.

Risk-This is another aspect of project management plan which can be faced by firm. For
example, adopting new latest technology in machinery can cause waste of old one and
new raw material for packaging needs to be checked in details. So that no harm to
product otherwise it can lead to lower quality of goods. Thus project management plan
should consist every single detail to fulfil CSR and achieve organisational objectives and
goals.

As above structure, it can be said that project of corporate social responsibility is divided
into various tiny activities which help ion achieving important deliverables like aims and
objectives of this aspect and literature review about subject. Safety ans security of employee s
and customer satisfaction are also main purpose.
Another main deliverable is research methodology in which two types of data is included
as qualitative and quantitative. For example, one of the best methods is questionnaire to analyse
how firm is getting project done related to CSR (Kowalkowski, Kindström and Brehmer, 2011).
Interpretation of data gained from research and recommendation and conclusion are also
included in WBS. As per diagram, research topic is mentioned as first heading which is done in
one day. After that, aims and objectives of corporate social responsibility are identified in three
days by project team. Third deliverable is a overall review according to writers which is one of
longest activity takes four days to be completed. Research methodology is fourth task which is
done in two days by project team. After that, data analysis is done for five days.
Gantt chart is a well maintained structure which is used in project management plan to
do every single activity and tasks attached to deliverables. In this diagram, start and finish time is
allotted so that accountability is gained and appropriate step can be taken for quick completion.
Horizontal line shows work which has been done already with exact time. Main tasks are written
and days taken to complete them is also mentioned in diagram for better view. There is
dependency network which includes connection among activities and tasks.

As shown in diagram, each deliverable has allotted finish and start time like complete
date and day. First deliverable of aim and objective is completed (Giesen, Riddleberger and Bell,
2010). Next activity will not start unless first is not done. Current status of tasks can be seen
through this diagram and get better information about them. There are some activities which are
done concurrently but mostly are completed separately.
According to above network diagram in Gantt chart, first activity is done after which
second one is started. After completing that, third task is started and second but it can be started
after second also as it is directly connected to third and 2 both. Rest are done in a sequence one
by one. Thus every aspect is dependent on each other to get project done with accuracy in time.
Thus these above two tools play a crucial role in fulfilling corporate social responsibility.

quantitative and qualitative research methods
