Management of business is a crucial factor that has an impact on the growth rate of the
organisation in either positive way or negative way as well. This report consist various effective
structure which are used to manage the project as well as business. This present report is mainly
laid on applying effective concept of CSR (Corporate social responsibility) which is used to
improve organisation performance. Nisa retailer is the company has been chosen for further
study of CSR activity and Nisa is a retail organisation. In addition to this, Nisa represent 1080
shareholders and operating 4000 food stores and small supermarkets. Nisa retails have £30.77
million net worth and 213 employees in their firm. The present report express the CSR activities
of the company along with their whole working structure as well (Ali and et.al., 2010). There are
several aims and objectives of this retail organisation and affect the performance of the
organisation as well. This report also covers all the recommendations and suggestions which are
require to apply CSR activities in this retail organisation. This report further consist the impact of
CSR activities within an organisation and also analyse the factor that are used to promote the
profitability and financial sustainability (Ameer and Othman, 2012).
