This case study investigates the impact of digital technologies on the business operations of Nisa, a small and medium enterprise. The research employs a survey of 10 Nisa managers to understand their perspectives on how digital technologies affect business performance. The study identifies key themes, including current business performance, the overall impact of digital technologies, specific areas of improvement, departmental responsibility for technology adoption, time consumption, critical evaluations, and forecasting. The findings reveal that while digital technologies are generally seen as beneficial for improving quality services, enhancing marketability, and increasing business performance, challenges such as cost and the need for skilled workers exist. The study concludes that digital technologies have a positive impact on Nisa's business, providing insights for further implementation and service enhancement.
