organisation adheres to this law for allowing the conformity with the law. The company

Reflections
I experienced the working with the team for the first time where various levels of the
employees worked together for completing the common goal. I have analysed that by
working with team, I have gained immense knowledge about the IT project and the methods
by which the project would be managed across the organisation and ensure that the projects
are successful. I have further analysed that the collaborative efforts within the workplace
could lead to the innovative tactics to the projects, the innovative processes for achieving the
crucial tasks and the shared ideas on various responsibilities. Moreover, just like any process
within the organisation, there are significant advantages as well as disadvantages that could
emerge with the collaboration within any workplace.
