material into finished goods and services. Captify company is a digital company which provides
display,video, and mobile advertising including brand campaigning services. This company was
founded in 2011 and based in London( Nakamura, ., and.et.al, 2015). This report highlights the
role of leader and manager in the organisation. And also explain the roles of leader and manager
in particular situation of organisation and find the various ways to improve the organisation
performance. In this report it focus on different roles played by leader and manager according to
their characters. And highlights the importance of operation management which helps to achieve
the goal of leader and manager. And explain the factor which affect the decision of leaders and
manager in operational management(White, ., 2016).

organisation(Lindström, and,et.al, 2015).
Manager: Manager is a responsible for a part of company and manages the various department
and the people who work in. And manages the action of company and make decision for the
welfare of organization. Different manager play different roles in the organisation like top
management create vision and mission,and functional manager control the different functional
are like sale and marketing, finance etc(Frich, and.et.al, 2015).

external reasons and that are :

Business ethics is very important for the business that have to operate their business fairly
and with some principles, it is the reputation of the company that is being gained through the
honesty and integrity (Antonakis and Day, 2017). As Captify is medium size business and they
have to run long so they must operate their business ethically so it run long and must follow the
and to have the maximum profit. In this the efforts of the employees of an organisation
are being monitored that they efficiently utilise the raw material and convert this into the
goods and services required by the organisation. JIT retains the profit by acquiring
inventory only when required and TQM reduces the steps in the process thus decreasing
costs. It plays the crucial role to handle the issues of operation and maintenance in the
production (Khanna, 2015).
It is very difficult to understand the value of operation management in an organisation but
it is actually very important for the functioning of the company. It was being concluded
that the manufacturing of raw materials to make the goods and services along with the
taking care of sales is very necessary. TQM helps in the whole process by regulating it
and improving the output.
Importance of operation management inclusive of all these factors
Survival: for the survival of Captify their foremost factor is the result by the taste and
preferences in the organisation and it leads to the growth in organisation.
Profit Maximisation : it is the another important factor that results into the growth of
organisation and ensure the productivity and profitability in Captify. JIT prevents
blocking of funds in inventory thus helping in increasing profitability.
Customer satisfaction : For the growth, an organisation must care about the needs of its
customers taste and its preferences so it can increase the sales. Six Sigma makes the
proces defect free thus satisfying the consumer by increased product quality.

a strategic tool through this the company gains the advantage. Today, the management should
strive towards enhancing the value so that they can raise their operational performance. By
monitoring the quality of raw material used, the leaders can ensure that they deliver products

Stakeholder Expectation
As the company is operating in the society so it is the duty of an organisation to manage

It is the initiative taken by the organisation to fulfil the corporate duties in an organisation
towards the environment. Basically CSR is an initiative towards the protection of an
environment. It is an effort towards the improvement of society in any of the social way. This
may include the donation to implement the environment friendly policy. It is not mandatory for
the company but it is something additional which a company should do for tthe improvement in
the local and global community. Contributing towards CSR improves the image in public by
doing the commitment for the upliftment of society so it improves the public image by
