INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is very significant part in any organization. It is very
crucial as it support organization in managing staff members of an enterprise. Managing people
is task that need much efforts. .Therefore, it is clear that managing people takes much time and
efforts as it is highly integrated with organizational aims and objectives. The present research
study has been made on Century Ltd which is facing several problems such as increased
absenteeism, staff turnover, decreasing sales and poor employee morale.

1.1 An analysis of the benefits of effective communication
Communication is defined as conveying messages and informnation to individual or
group of members. It is th process of intercation in which discusion and decision are made.
Effetive communication is essential for Century Ltd. Importance of communication is as
follows:
Communication suports in motivation of peopel woking in company.
It is a source of providing information to staff members.
It also supports in building attitude of people.
It help in improving morale of employees.
Effective communication reduces all sorts of issues in Century Ltd and it also assists in
sharing important information to the people. Effective communication is essential so that
information can be shared in the best possible manner. It helps in making people
informed about each and every aspect so that organizational work aspects can be
managed accordingly.
Effective communication assists in managing diversity aspects and it can also result in
creating good team work at the workplace (Kuglin and Hook, 2002). In a team work,
effective communication holds more importance; hence team members’ needs to ensure
that they are delivering information in suitable manner.

manner. At the same time, it helps them to share their issues and challenges in effective manner.

Century Ltd. due to which all the decision making and information dissemination power lies with
