ability to read and understand others better.

speaking among large audience. All people said that a person who speak properly so that they
will easily deal with any type of people. If a person listens properly then they can easily

I am very bad at public speaking, because according to Belbin 2004 I am scared to

of large number of people. When a person speaks among mass audience he/she will
communicate properly and choose those words which are understandable by them. When I
communicate with my colleagues, so they are say that this skill is help in increasing
confidence and remove fear of speaking among large number of people in the stage. Taking
into account my capabilities and abilities for speak with public I consider myself as a
beginner. Different analysis from doing public speaking quiz which I gain 7 points and on the
view point of housemates in Johari windows test. I am quiet, tender and anxious person.
Therefore, I am not a public speaker. The result does not surprise me as a reflection on my
superior working experience and I was struggling to deliver certain information for a group.
