INTRODUCTION
Personal reflection can be defined as an identification of own skills abilities and
qualifications which will through performance level of individual as well as their experience
(Clarke and Chalmers, 2018). The current report will consist a personal reflection which
should different skills and abilities as well as strengths in order to achieve the objectives of
employability.
MAIN BODY
It is important for every individual in the current business environment to use
appropriate functions which will guide them toward the goals and objectives. Order to
achieve the goals and objectives individual require a appropriate system which will evaluate
their own strength weaknesses opportunities and threats and order to overcome them and
perform in an appropriate manner. In order to achieve the career objectives I use SWOT
analysis to identify my own strength and weaknesses. This is helpful for me in preparing an
appropriate action plan which can be used to achieve the objectives. My own SWOT analysis
is discussed below:
SWOT analysis can be defined as a Framework which can be used by individual in
order to identify their inner capabilities and skills. SWOT analysis include four stages which
are strength weaknesses opportunities and threats. Important for every individual to analyse
their strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats in order to deal with the current business
environment and prepare themselves according to it. In context of me, my own strengths
weaknesses opportunities and threats are discussed below:
Strength
Team working skills: team working skills can be defined as a skill which is helpful
to an individual while working within a team. In context of me, my team working skills are
my strength. This is because I used to perform within different teams which helped me in
gaining knowledge about behaviour of different individual and manage the behaviour
according to the needs and requirements of a team. This is also helpful for me to managing
the way a person's according to their skills and requirements and using their skills in order to
achieve the team goals (Cooperrider and Srivastva, 2017).

Communication skills: Communication skill also acts as my strength. This is because
I can easily communicate with different individuals by the use of appropriate system. There
are two types of communication skills which include verbal and nonverbal act as strong part.
I can easily communicate with other individuals and can understand their supplied
information in an appropriate manner to achieve my objectives and use the information in
performing the task. I also used to transfer information in simple and easiest way so that
receiver can understand it in an appropriate manner and can respond according to it
(Weisberg, 2018).
Weakness
Problem solving skills: Problem solving skills at as my weakness. Under these skills
I always get confused in different situations which make it difficult for me to solve a
problem. Identify this when I was performing in a group where I had to choose between two
situations. Due to some uncertain circumstance, I am unable to choose between the situations
which acted on my decision making ability and become a phobia to make appropriate
decisions (Geiger, 2020).
Time management: Time management skills are also act as my weakness which I
have to develop in order to achieve the objectives in future career. Identify the time
management skills are important in order to achieve professional lifestyle in future career.
This is because time management in help in managing time in different activities and using
the time in an appropriate manner. My time management skills are weak because I don't used
to distribute time in an appropriate manner as well as don't follow appropriate time chart.
Opportunity
Leadership skills: In current business environment it is important for an individual to
develop leadership skills. Leadership skills provide number of opportunity to individual and
its future career where it can lead different individuals in the direction of goals and objectives
of the firm (Spencer, 2019). According to me, leadership skills are in average where I have to
develop them in order to achieve objectives in future career and lead different individuals
within team and Organisation. This is helpful for me in improving my image as well as
getting self-satisfaction by leading different individual towards the direction of goals and
objectives.
