INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is the process by which individual engage themselves in
the process of learning and meeting the challenges and desired goals in there lives . It is being
associated with the development need of individual as well the groups which helps in identifying
various skills which are learnt and developed by the individual to support growth in the career.
Present report will apply relevant model in reflection process with various skills required
MAIN BODY
The relevant model which will highlight with the reflection process of my skills is
Gibbs reflective cycle with various skills being possessed
it is being designed to give structure to learning from the experiences. It offers the framework for
evaluation of experiences and given with its cyclic nature lends and tends itself particularly well
and improved with my repeated experiences and which helped me to allow learning and planning
from things that have gone good and some which does not went well. It covers 6 stages which
are as follows
Description of the experience-
this states with concern of what has happened, where and when does it happened, who
was witnessed and present at that time, what contribution was made by me and others, what was
the outcome of the situation, what did it account me to want to happen and various others where
by the example of this phase relates with my group work assignment at my university where for
an assessed written group assignment, I with 3 other group mates have decided to divide
different sections between us so that its is convenient for us in researching for one element
where by it has boosted my communication skills in conveying which part I was comfortable
writing with to my group mates which served as the means of verbal communication skills and
accounted with my enhanced written skill whereby ideas being generated fro different sources on
a specified topic were being put up in the assignment in my own level of understanding and let
them make in unique manner (Adeani,2016). It has enhanced my communication skill as it
helped me communicating with my other team mates on how to make an assignment which will
helps me getting good remark.

Feelings-
it relates with the feelings and thought which I have generated during my experience
and how it has been been impacting the experience which accounts with feeling before, during
and after the situation, what was my thinking about the feelings of others in that situation and
what other people think about the situation now and various others where by before working and
coming all together and realised we still accounts to do lot of work, I was being happy and was
in thought that we have smartly divided the work between us, but when I came and realised that
there is lot of things which needs to be done on my end I became more frustrated and started
feeling lack of confidence whereby I decided to overcome the same by focusing of development
of my research skills both qualitative and quantitative skills which helped me in searching from
different websites which helps me in assessing what is being correct and suitable for the relevant
topic and what are the unusual things which can be skipped and eliminated. By developing of my
research skill it has helped me with the opportunity of boosting my confidence to finish my work
with the productivity (E-portfolio,2019) .
Evaluation-
the next step in my reflection process accounted with what worked and what did not
worked out for me which helps in identifying the focus of both negative and positive aspects of
the focus which helps in highlighting helpful questions of how was the experience good or bad,
what went well and what did not account to go well and how was the contribution being made to
the situation which helps in coming up with my research skills of knowing my strength and
weakness in the group assignment which needs to be improved upon in comparison with that of
my team mates which will helps me in scoring good in my grades (Li, Peng,2018.). Example of
my evaluation was things that worked and were good was the fact that each group member
accounted with submission and producing of quality which was for the agreed where by it
accounted to development of information communication technology skill which helped in
dealing with various computer programs as a result lead to taking less time on calculation which
was being there in the assignment and helped and accounted to present the same with the use of
various tables chart, tables and diagrams and various other things which helps in successful
completion of my assignment.

Analysis-
these stage related me to have a chance of making sense of what has happened, where
until now I have focused on details around what happened in the situation ,but now it needs to
extract meaning out of it where I need to identify what went well and what don't and reasons for
assessing the same where the analysis of what went well was the initial division of team work
which accounts to build various team working skill which accounts to co-operation as other
members to the team understood and agreed what I was being comfortable with writing as it was
a mutual decision where I also understood the same of what my team member were comfortable
with which helps in providing quality work and accounted with building relationship and
networking skills which helps in effective and smooth flow of communication as a result lead to
successful completion of getting things done on time (Li, 2020). By the analysis it accounted me
with knowing what problems are being faced by other team mates and same applied to me when
I was not understanding things in my assignment which helped us with skill of team unity and
supporting at the time when there need. By developing this skills it has helped me in
understanding of how effectively team members work which as a result helps in getting various
feedbacks for improvement and incorporating the sane in me which helps in getting things doe
with effective flow (Sekarwinahyu,2019). It stated that effective work and delegation of work
seems to come from us by using different strength from different individuals where by it lastly
accounted with the group think where the team mates not accounted to raise different opinions to
dominating decision which supports effective team work.
Conclusion phase -
these accounts to making conclusion of what things happened to me and will helps in
summarising with the learning and will highlight what changes in my actions to improve the
outcome in the future. This group working assignment helped me in how to divide section of
working for the assignment where I have learned various time management skills which
accounts with getting things done on time without any delay where I have accounted with
effective allocation of my time and have prepared a to do list for my project where I have
devoted majority of time on completion of section which contains huge weight age and less time
on things which can be ignored (Markkanen, 2020). It accounted with development of self
management skills which has accounted with useful time allocation on project completion with

useful commitments to be made to other things which would account me with fostering growth
and development in personal as well as professional career.
Action plan-
its states of what needs to be done in future to ensure that activities and situation which
are being similar and different and which does not accounts with or has limited flaws and errors
where it will help me to act differently where it does not accounts to making plans but also helps
in ensuring to achieve the same. It accounts not only with realisation but also account with
remainder for the same. It can be understood with example where by in working condition of
group I will helps and ask them with what are there relevant strength and expertise which helps
in giving rise to various problem solving skills to individual which helps in effective
distribution of task to various team mates and helps with effective decision making which helps
in deriving satisfaction and getting things done with perfection (Tanaka, Okamoto, Koide,
2018). This accounts with area that deals with the plan of how to effectively how to improve
situation and handle the same effectively. It accounts me with continuously learning new skills
and talents by the means of getting training from different individuals, being open for valuable
and honest feedbacks from others which will helps in assessment and improvement in the same
to drive growth.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it is being understood that there are various skills such as communication
skills, research skill, team working and networking, time management which leads with self
management, leadership skill and various other skills which helps in fostering growth for the
career of individual and accounts with providing several kind of opportunities which helps them
to take challenging goals and task and as a result lead an individual to survive in various
dynamics.
