Leadership is the management practices that involves a direction or objectives for a group
or organisation in order to maintain profitability. Management contains direction and control on
human resources that increases the value enterprises. This report will discuss about Platinum
dental care organisation that provides dental services to its customers. It will state that how
planning, mission and viability helps to improve development of this organisation and increase
productivity. Moreover, this report will state how finance can be managed in dental service
company (Bayram, 2016).

Planning
 Yes, platinum dental care services have a mission statement. It can be improved
by motivating of people and manager need to communicate properly with its staff
as well as customer. By communication mission statement can be effective.
 The manager of platinum dental care services should be involved in developing
the mission statement that will helps to work with healthy environment by
maximising profits (De Vreese and et.al., 2016).
Strategy
 Platinum dental should make strategy to arrange funds that will help to run a
business effectively.
 Platinum should arrange plants and equipments that can be used to know
customer's problems relates to dental services.
 Platinum can make solid planning to promote its services through marketing and
advertisement.
 As platinum provides dental services it need to manage its clinic and staff who
provides services to its clients (Ittner and Michels, 2017).

helps to manage all operational activity and solve human's problem.

Balance sheet and profit loss account is the financial statement of the Platinum company
that shows financial position of organisation where as profit and loss account states revenues and
expenses of company during a period. It reads end of the year in financial statement that showed

Cash flow can be carry by making sales for business, detailing on other estimated cash
inflow flow and out flow and by preparing cash flow statement that helps to collect all business
information (Kelly, Jugenheimer and Sheehan, 2015).
Depreciation is a method of assigning the cost of fixed assets over its life period which is
using in an accounting year. Platinum depreciates its long term assets that helps in accounting as
well as in tax purpose.
Working capital is the difference between current assets and current liabilities that states
company's liquidity position. Platinum dental care can give cash discount to its regular customer
that affects its current assets as result its current liabilities will increase.
Platinum keeps records of all transaction in a summarised form with the help of computer
that helps to save data for long period of time.
Means for manager
There are vacancy for receptionist in Platinum dental care and manager wants to hire
experienced and qualified staff who can communicate easily with customer, can address their
problem, able to manage all reception function such as getting and making phone calls for
patients, give appointment, provide correct information to clients and maintain separate accounts.
It also helps to coordinate and communicate with dentist's schedule and insurance for companies

There is no chances of conflicts in planning because it works according to planning which is
required at every stage but in leadership there is chances of conflicts because not proper

to perform all responsibility (Safavi, Golmohammadi and Sandoval-Solis, 2015). It can be
overcome with by coordinating and proper communication that will helps to show a right
direction and maintain a balance among all activities. Moreover, Platinum dental care can
increase its number of patients by better communication and planning in management.
