Summary of the article:
This article is about the current situation which is faced by the whole world. Here the
speaker at the parliament of US is asking that US would need more coronavirus pandemic
assistance soon. Due to the lockdown situation the world is facing a lot of restrictions over the
budget and preplanned works. The unemployment rate of US is also increasing alarmingly which
is making the country to face a lot more problem than it was expected. People are also applying
for loan to invest in small business owners. Pelosi also confirmed that the country might need
more budget plan to meet the demand of clean water, broadband and rest of other essentials.
Trump has indicated that more investment will be provided if there is any need. Currently the bill
reserved was $150 billion for the states and local jurisdictions. There was more that 500,000
residents in smaller cities, towns which are not even selected. As the vote for increasing the
budget is important so Thomas wanted to increase it by voice vote from different leaders in the
Cares Act. However, the meeting will be held or not is still not fixed.

What is the issue?
The main issue here is that different people are asking for different kinds of solution for
the people of United States because of the current pandemic situation of pandemic. New
assistance package are demanded for tackling the current situation of people from the pandemic.
The unemployment rate of the country is increasing gradually and the Democrats wants to solve
the issue by providing some extra fund to the people for small business. The healthcare
department of the country also needs some extra fund for improving their assistance suggested
by the Republic leaders. More assistance for the smaller cities as well as for the communities are
also asked by one of the leader for Democrats (World Health Organization., 2020). The Senate
also demanded for improving the budget of the country to help and fund those initiatives because
the healthcare, education sector and all other people are lagging the help and this current problem
is huge which needs to be tackled smartly. The initial $2 trillion help for all this purpose did not
work enough and hence it was suggested to increase the amount of help.

Who benefits most from the change?
Every leader and official person are only asking for new budgetary proposal for the
purpose of people and to help the whole country from this pandemic situation as a lot of people
are suffering from the disease and the remaining of the people are suffering from unemployment.
The budgetary changed was proposed for improving their situation. The democrats are here
indicating to help the health workers, the hospitals, the farmers, funding more education
programs, first respondents and all other related necessary helps. Along with these the leaders of
the parliament are facing problems related to the unemployment and this can increase as per the
current situation and hence they are also asking to improve the budget for proving the
unemployed people with some extra fund so that they can improve a small business to help feed
their family and also help themselves from this current situation. In this article, it is clear that
every leader and Democrats wants to work for the people. Trump also believes that the
healthcare sector needs to be focused more t this situation rather than tackling the unemployment
now (Tradingeconomics.com., 2020). A lot of loan proposals were received by the banks
currently for getting fund to do small business to improve their situation.

Who might be negatively affected by this change?
As per the article, each and every leader are asking for help from the government to
increase the budget for specific reason. However, looking into the current pandemic situation the
most important sector for increasing fund is needed by the health sector people to help the people
from suffering. If the legislation passes the bill for the purpose if helping the health care sector
then for the time being the employment sector and educational sector would be ignored. This
might affect those two sectors negatively (The Economic Times., 2020). But it is suggested by
the democrats that after this pandemic situation gets over ten the government and legislation can
work for improving those two sectors as it is not even necessary at this point of time. People
needs more help for getting better place to live and relief themselves from this deadly virus.
According to them the current priority must be to live and this budget would only impact for
positive lives and not negative situation.
