Corporate social responsibility is defined as an initiative rather responsibility taken by the
business organization itself to conduct and maintain continuous commercial and security
standards. In this document the responsibilities that are taken to during implementation of the
Information System are elaborated.
The Information System (IS) technology that has been developed is definitely welcomed
by the society because it holds all security, safety policies along with technical and ethical
considerations
The benefit is definitely greater than the risks those are analyzed in the risk log ot risk

I feel that my work and behavior is socially and ethically responsible.
Before and even during design of the information System (IS) I have asked many
questions both technical and non-technical to others. I feel that all the questions that I have asked
are right and also the questions are asked to right stakeholders like employees, staffs and
managers as well. I think that I have been completely thorough in thinking and also during
preparation of the Information System document. I think that I have prepared correct issue
management plan based on potential risks.
The software that I am going to provide to the company will help to reduce the issues
related to security, data redundancy, data recovery and backup storage as well. The IS developed
take into account all relevant legislations and compliance requirements as well. Infact all social
