INTRODUCTION
Management is the process through which organizational activities are efficiently managed in
such a way that company's performance is increased. Analysis of different management tools is
done in this report with the proper classification of management tools. With that impact of
feedbacks on performance evaluation is done in this report with the development of action plan
for achieving future objectives.

Learning from the module
My learning with this module has provided me an ability to efficiently understand the core
concepts for implementing my good management knowledge for efficiently managing
organizational activities. This is important because through this effect management sills I can
easily and effectively manage my operation which will be provided to me by the organization at
which I will provide my services (Feller and et.al, 2017). My learning has to provided me an
ability to learn new concepts through the means of internet which will be beneficial for my
professional and economic development, because may courses are available for free and when I
will be able to use my web learning skills is can achieve wide range of knowledge for free. This
will not only improve my command on my learning skills but also at the same time I will be
empowered to implement this skill at my future job location by which I can motivate my fellow
workers to implement these learning skills by which they can improve their performance. Thus I
can fulfil my management responsibilities which will increase my involvement in organizational
activities and thus I can improve my future impression which will benefit me in achieving my
objectives because by this implementation of management theories I can improve my image
which may lead to promotion (Kumar, 2016). Resulting in a step closer to achieving my
organizational objectives and thus empowering me to effectively analyse my capabilities in such
a way that I am able to choose the right path for achieving my targets.

developments. Also with that I was able to get a clear understanding that how I should develop a
effective management strategy by which I can utilize this knowledge for achieving my targets
and also these feedbacks have provided me my weak areas which I needed to improve in terms
