1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal
learning and development
For an individual, it is very important to develop their personality for the
purpose to achieve a desired position in the professional as well as personal life.
When it comes to personality development, it is basically a life long process which
supports the individuals in effective identification of the knowledge and skills as per
the desired objectives. With the help of identification of skills, it helps in boosting up
the confidence and boosting up the productivity. With the help of identification of
skills in helps in achievement of the end objectives in a effective manner and also
development of effective strategies. In context to personality development, it
basically comprises of various activities which helps in improving the capabilities of
the individuals for the purpose to facilitate employ ability. For an individual, it is
very important to focus on developing their personalities(Sotiriadou, Logan, Daly
and Guest, 2020).
1.2 Identification of the transferable skills I have already developed
by attending this module
While working on the module, I was able to develop various skills as it played a very
important role. As there is constant changes in the technology, I realized that it was very
important for me to adapt the right technology as per the time. During the module, the skills
I have developed which helped me in facing the problems that arises in the future. Below
are few of the skills which I have developed:
Problem solving skills: During my academic journey, I do not have the problem solving skills
that lead to various complexities and issues. But during my module, I developed problem
solving skills. With the help of problem solving skills, it really helped in solving the problem
in a effective manner with the support of creative ideas and innovative approaches
(Tsalikova and Pakhotina, 2019).
Effective Communication skills: While working on the module, the communication skills
played a really important role. With the help of taking participation in the module and
sharing important ideas and opinions it really helped in development of skills.
Learning skills: When it comes to learning skills, it not only comprises of studying of different
courses or reading books but also involves new experiences and innovative thoughts. While
working on this module, different types of experiences were faced by me which resulted in
increasing my knowledge(Naamati Schneider, Meirovich and Dolev, 2020).
Writing skills: In context to learning, the good writing skills are as important as the
communication skills. For the purpose to communicate through emails and other written
communication methods, it is very important to have writing skills which plays a very
important role.

Below are some of the skills I would like to develop during the workplace, my
academic studies and personal life:
Presentation skills: With the effective development of presentation skills, I am able to
share my thoughts and ideas with my team members in a efficient and effective
manner(Alisherovna and Tokhirjonkyzy, 2020).
Leadership skills: In context to the leadership skills, it plays a very major role in the
life of individual. I would like to develop effective leadership skills as it will help me in
becoming an effective leader and also helps in contributing towards the personal and
professional life.
Critical Thinking Skills: While comes to development of skills, thinking out of the box
plays a very important role. In context to personal and professional life, there are
various issues and problems faced by me which really helped in improving my critical
thinking skills as I was able to overcome and resolve my issues in a effective
manner. With the support of effective critical thinking skill, I could easily analyse the
data and different information.
