Technologies changes: With the emerging of new and advance technology, it will lead to bring new changes in working style of industry.
Technological trends such as online learning solution, internet speed, the cloud and so on. This will help in improving effectiveness and
efficiency of employees and enhance productivity of company.
Legal changes: Legal changes will bring new rules, regulation and legislation within industry. These legislations include certain
qualification level for undertaking a job role, minimum salary set by government for employee working with certain skill set. This will help in
getting job with better pay.
Social changes: With the increase in social networking sites, it provides an opportunity to improve networking. Good industry networks
are beneficial for growth and professional development of individual. Social activities essentially help an individual in building a stable
mind set because such activities basically encourage them to work with their full potential.
Economical changes: Changes in economy and demographical shift of individual play a crucial role in personal and professional. These
changes will lead to increase lifestyle and working style of a person. Individual are shifting from fulling basic needs to living luxuries life.

I need to improve my both verbal and non-verbal communication skills in order to present my ideas and thoughts in better manner.
Interact and communicate more with people so that I can increase my confidence level.
Focus on work and increase practical knowledge.
I should start reading more article, books blogs in order enhance sense of communication.

Business so that you can get better paid job. However, constantly training yourself in MS office tools can help you manage work projects as well as
help you in completing Degree course work. Therefore, it would be better to prioritise improving MS Office skills to help you achieve future goals)
Future development needs are:
 I should do additional course which will help in increasing technical skills. Additional course will be beneficial in getting promotion
and salary hike.

 Develop strong leadership and management skills. Ability to manage people is a very powerful skill and exhibiting strong
management and leadership skill will be big advantage in competitive environment.

These development actions are selected in order to gain better professional career and personal life. Effective communication is very
important in my manager profile. This job role includes delegating task and interacting with other employees. There are several types of
development basis which can be eventually be used in order to enhance overall productivity of an individual into several areas. Major
category of individual development action includes the following aspects:
 Job Role: In order to significantly accomplish business objectives with efficiency an individual shall be productive enough to fulfil in
the job role assigned to him with full potential.
 Personal and Professional circumstances: Development of an individual shall be done in such a way that he/she is able to handle
all kinds of obstacles faced in personal or professional life.

This refers to word specific. In order to develop an effective plan, goal and objective of plan should be very specific. Target should be able to
answer what is to be done and how it will be done. This is very important to provide a clear target and avoid confusion.
M
Measurable is a term which will help in defining quality, quantity, deadline, frequency and so on of an objective. Set target should always be
measurable so that actual results can be identified. This will help in measuring desired targets with end results.
A
A smart objective should be achievable. In setting a smart object achievable factor should be considered and identify weather set objective is
achievable within set time period or not. This refers to capability, experience, knowledge of a person to fulfil the expectations. Target should not be
too easy or too hard to achieve.
R
This letter indicates the work relevant. A smart objective should be relevant to the actual motive. Set target should have a relevant reason why this
objective is set and what will be its impacts. When set objective is not relevant its achievement will have no impact and ultimate purpose will not be
achieved.
T
Time oriented is a word refers to when objective should be achieved. Each and every target should be completed within some time frame and this
will help in timely archiving desired target. So Smart target should have a particular time frame in which it should be achieved.

SMART targets is set be consider five golden rules of set a goal. A targets should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely
achieved. in order to set a smart objective, I should focus on all these five rules. This will help on setting correct targets and achieving it.
With regard to SMART Target I would potentially like to become a senior manger of well-established company within a time span of 6
months. However, in order to do this effectively I need to inherit various skills so that my potential as well as productive to work is
enhanced.

(For example, managers can support employee’s professional development by offering work opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills
gained before. The managers may give the opportunity to help an employee to structure a plan to improve the department where are they work.

There are various sources which can help me in professional development. These source of information are related to different trends and
validity which are beneficial in achieve desired goals. My senior and supervisors will provide different opportunities for enhancing my skills
and increase ability to take right decision. Managers support will be very helpful in dealing with different challenges and work effectively.
There are various online sources which will helps in increasing knowledge and skills. Online certificate courses are significant in
developing new skills and better knowledge about the topic. Additional certificate is always a boost in professional development of an
individual.
