levels. The designing of the WBS
may be primarily done by the
Functional Manager. The
decomposition of the total scope of
the project is done through the
development of a WBS. The work
packages are placed in small
elements.
The SDLC phases must be
executed and accomplished
successfully to ensure that all
of the project tasks are
streamlined. The initiation and
planning phases shall ensure
that the project estimates are
listed down and the plans are
made for all the project
