Part 1: Measurable Organizational Value (MOV)
Globex Organization has arranged 3 days events called Riverina Agriculture and Lifetime
Shows (RALS) for the consumers who are willing to develop their businesses with measurable
organizational values effectively. The participants of the event are allowed to get entry passes for
1, 2 or 3 or for all the 3 days. People who are interested to in business values will be able to gain
knowledge regarding local business capabilities, suppliers of the agricultural equipments and
many other lifetime products. The project developers of any business organization are required to
follow certain components including co-ordination for show stand, equipments for the
development and display of the program live, arrangement of foods or catering and volunteers
for managing the program properly. This program is organizing by the organizers since 2000 in
the same location. However, due to growing popularity of the event the numbers of participants
are also increasing day by day and according to the growing demand of the tickets the volunteers
have currently willing to implement an online ticket booking system for the participants of the
event.
After the identification of desired Measurable Organizational Values the project scope,
accurate project metrics, timeframe of the RALS project and cost estimation for the project are
elaborated in this report. In addition to the time and finance management a risk management and
quality management plan are also illustrated. Based on the required time for an activity accurate
cost will be estimated for the project. The desired area for MOV and their ranking according to
the impact on the project is also illustrated in this report.
1.1 Identification of the desired areas

Globex Organization has arranged 3 days events called Riverina Agriculture and Lifetime
Shows (RALS) for the consumers who are willing to develop their businesses with measurable
organizational values effectively. The participants of the event are allowed to get entry passes for
