INTRODUCTION
Project management is the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge and
experience to achieve specific project objectives. This study is based upon the case study of
QAHE wishers. This report highlights the importance and significance of having good
communication in the team. Also report highlights the difference between methodologies and on
the basis of same has recommended the best which can be used by organization.
MAIN BODY
Importance and significance of Communication
Communication is generally define as a process in the organization which generally looks at
transforming of message or information from one party to the another to improve the efficiency
of variety of different activity which has been carried out in the project (Holbrook, 2020). There
are varieties of significance which is brought by efficient and structure communication in the
team environment of project. Some of them are as follows:
Clarity in the project: These is the biggest benefit which may be seen by the project in
the long run as it has been identified that using good sort of communication in the project will
eventually help the project team member in understanding variety of different activity which has
to be performed by the project team member. As structured Communication in the project will
provide the project manager a help in passing on all the instruction to project team (Genç, 2017).
Also, project team member will find it very easy to pass on feedback as well which will bring
good sort of clarity in project.
Coordination: Another benefit which will be seen of structure communication in the
market is that it will eventually help the team in coordinating variety of different activity in the
market. As effective and structure and communication will provide all the individual in the
project with different authorities and responsibility in a better way, these will eventually assist
the different team member and the project team to coordinate variety of activity in better way.
Good sort of coordination in the project will ultimately help project in optimum utilization of
variety of the resources and it will also help the organization in improving the efficiency of
variety of activity which are being carried out in project.
Innovation: It is another significance which will brought in the project due to good
amount of structure of communication in the project, as it has been identified that if there is
good sort of communication which generally used to take place in the organization than it used

innovation in the market in a long run. As it has been identified that all the individual used to has

Good working environment: It is another issue which will be overcome by the
organization by following a structure communication in the market. As it has been identified that
maintaining a working environment is really a tough task in real but having a good sort of
structure communication in the market used to help the company in managing the good working
environment in the organization as well.
Good relationship: It is another sort of benefit which may be seen by the individual due
to structure communication in the market. As it has been identified by that Project manager in
the organization used to get a good sort of the base on the basis of same good sort of the
relationship can be maintain with the owner of the project (Joslin and Müller, 2016).
Different type of Project Methodology
Water fall methodology is the type of the methodology which used to breakdown
variant of the activity into the linear sequential phases in project. It is the type of methodology in
which one activity of the organization used to depend upon the performance of the other in the
organization. Generally in these type of methodology is used in the project where there number
of activity in the project is to be carried out is not that high in the number. These type of
methodology generally regarded as a traditional methodology of project conduction in real,
generally all the activity which are being carried out in the organization is carried out by setting
the end goal to be achieved (Pop, and et.al., 2019).
Advantages
It is one of the important methodology and works on the basis of efficiency of variety of
different activity. As it has been identified that these sort project management generally used to
operate the activity once the previous activity of the business has been completed in the project
These sort of project management is very important for the project which is smaller in
the size as well as scope. So it is good sort of project management tool.
Disadvantage:

One of the biggest disadvantages of these sort of methodology is that it used to get very
difficult for the organization to fix the variety of the thing during the phase has been completed.
Once the phase has been completed it used to get difficult to fix the issue (de Vries, 2019).
These sort of methodology can not be used in the project in which the complexity of
carrying out the variety of the activity is too high and it used to get difficult to difficult to carry
out these sort of project with the help of these sort of methodology.
Agile methodology at the same time is the type of the methodology which used to
promote the continues iteration of development and implementing variety of the software to
check the same as well. In this type of the methodology both development as well as testing
activity in the project is concurrent unlike the waterfall model in the organization.
Advantage
Agile methodology in the project generally used to help the company in improving the
level of quality of variety of different activity which are being carried out in the project. As it
used to look at development as well as testing at the same time in the project.
Also these sort of the project management tool in the organization used to help the
organization in maintaining the stakeholder engagement in the better way in the organization.
Disadvantage
Biggest disadvantage of using Agile methodology is that these sort of methodology in
the project used to create the variety of the issue for the organization in delivering the variety of
the project in the incremental delivery.
Also it used to get very difficult for the organization to use this sort of methodology and
also maintain a good sort of collaboration as well in the project (Kettel Khan and et.al., 2018).
Prince 2 is the same time is the process based method which generally looks at
improving the efficiency of variety of different activity which are being carried out in the
project. 7 step are the step on the basis of which different activity which is being carried out.
Advantages

This sort of the methodology in the organization used to improve the level of
communication in the project and also used to bring good sort of accountability in the project as
well.
This sort of methodology in the project used to focuses on to the variety of output which
has been carried out in the organization and different sort of the results are grantee in
methodology as well.
Disadvantages
These sort of project is based upon the variety of the step and which used to includes the
variety of the document to be maintain, these would eventually impact the efficiency in some
case.
These sort of project generally used to lower down the timely completion of the project
in the organization as it has been identified that due to lower involvement of senior management
it generally used to impact the progress of the project in the organization.
JUSTIFICATION
Out of all the methodology which has been looked above the prince2 methodology will be
the best for the organization, reason behind citing the same is that it will be helping the project
manager in focusing on to the output on the continues basis. Another reason behind suggesting
the same is that this sort of methodology will be helping the organization in managing the
activity in different step as this sort of methodology in the project used to carry out all the
project activity in seven different task. These may help the organization in seeing the better
result as compare to other.
CONCLUSION
The above report clearly concludes the importance and significance of using the
Communication in the project to manage the team. After that report goes on to conclude the
three types of project methodology and on the basis of the same best methodology has been
suggested to the organization.
