But there are many firms which are still using the traditional method to carry out its activities.
The working culture of the business gets hampered adversely as the environment is getting
advanced which the company needs to adopt. There are various challenges that come across
the company as not using digital technologies as per the market needs (Gartenstein, 2018).
The digital technology at the recent time is been aiding the companies to get grow and
develop but by not utilising it various organisation is losing their hope and chance of
development in the competitive world. In this project the key challenges and issue that Nisa
retail company will be facing regarding the underuse of digital technologies. The research
will be done on the facts which will be influencing the company. The time frame and the
structure that will get followed to gather the reliable information will be considered in this

Background
The technology advancement has changed the living standards of the people at the present
time. It has become one of the major parts in everyone’s life and people have become
addicted to the use of technology that for each and everything they want to use techniques so
that their work gets done fast and on time. To meet the market needs the companies are also
putting their effort to make the customers avail what actually they are in need of (Larson and
Gray, 2013). The under use of digital technologies at the present time will be affecting the
business activities of Nisa retail company. It is very necessary for t to use the techniques
effectively so that it can meet the changing trends and references of people.
The rationale of the study
What is the issue
The major issue is that employees of the company is not motivated and is not putting their
efforts to attain the common goal. Also, the company is not having a proper planning
regarding the use of technologies. This is directly influencing the operations of the company
and profitability ratio is also getting down comparatively.
Why is it an issue?

Nisa company is not effectively opting the emerging technologies and is also not accepting
the changes that are taking place in the external environment. This is the way the issue in
company got raise which directly affecting the activities of business.

company which is leading to poor sales and low revenue. At present when the technology has
advanced still the company is traditionally operating and is not appropriately making the
plans to introduce the latest technology.

The study is very effective at the present time but there are several limitations and constraints
that is been faced by the researchers while carrying out the project. One of the biggest
limitation that is the time. this is creating an issue for the investigators to carry out the study
effectively limited time is constraining the value and worth of the research as well. Along
