Design contingency measures for the project
Contingency measures are taken for the project so as that if any uncertainty occurs
immediate actions can be taken so that risk can be managed effectively. Under the specific
project contingency can be related to the undersupply of the raw materials which is needed for
the manufacturing of the organic perfumes. Under such case respective organisation should tie
up with many suppliers so as to avoid the problem of shortage of raw materials so as to provide
organic perfumes in the market and increases the profit share (Harrison and Lock, 2017).
Moreover with certain reduction in the quality of the product, media negatively impacts
the image of the company and its products, this leads to reduction of the market share. Under
such case respective organisation should use effective products so that media can positively
enhances the brand image of the company and its products.
Task 2

The new project is all about the respective organisation which is going to provide organic
perfumes to the customers to meet up their satisfaction level and majorly focuses on how media
will impact the growth and success of the product in both the positive and the negative ways.
Under the specific project stakeholders mainly includes of customers, suppliers,
employees, government and the media which plays a important role in the success of the project.
It is the duty of the project manager within the respective organisation to properly provide
updated and revised information to all its stakeholders so that can are aware about the the rules,
regulations, policies and practices of the new company. In order to make the employees aware
about the project status and information, project officer should conduct conferences and
meetings so as to make the employees aware about the new project start up and well as update
information on the company's website so as to make all the stakeholders aware about the
working of the company (Hughes and et.al., 2016). Unnecessary information should not be
