Social awareness and respective responsibilities aims at focussing on the interaction with
different people and natural world in a very caring and respectful ways. People who are socially

well- being of their social and physical environments (Agarwal and et. al., 2020). This usually
supports the development of different communities and they always welcome the society be
benefiting them in creating social awareness that is required a healthy lifestyle. This support aids
in people feeling safe and sound and having sense of belonging in their society and within their
community. This brings a positive attitude towards the society and within the family,
community, and environment. This also aims at empathizing with other people who are in
connection and shares some bond with them. Social awareness helps in sustaining a healthy
relationship within the community and the society (Carroll and Brown, 2018). In this project,
building and maintenance of diversity is very crucial that enhances the credibility of that
individual aids in gaining the positive attitude towards any sort of difficulties in the course of the
work. It makes easier in spreading awareness and respect for others and share their own in very
efficient and appropriate ways. It helps in determining the appreciation for different perspectives
and working accordingly in the given situations. This builds a sense of taking responsibilities of
their own work (Huda and et al., 2018). It embraces empathy and disagreement in an ethical
manner and respectfully and also by creating space for other masses also to use their voices so
that thy feel valued and they are respected accordingly. This generates and evaluates the value of
the strategies and resolve the difficulties efficiently in worst conditions. Defending of human
rights and advocating for the related issues is one another way of respecting the social and ethical
values. Language is another one key aspect to approaching to inclusive relationships which tells
about the commitment towards the positive community development. Maintaining the social
responsibilities in the organisational firm ensures the dignity and integrity of the community and
this ultimately environment is protected through this ethical and social responsibility is crucial or
the society (Saha and et. al., 2020). The ethical implications and social responsibilities, they
mainly focusses on the holding the responsibilities for their own actions and the good

implementation of the behaviour and values improve their brand and contributes in attracting to
good and sound workforce. This is also crucial in improving the community relationships
through their ethical behaviour towards the community and within their people and connections.
In this way, it would aid in spreading positivity and influencing the changes in the community
(Singh, 2019). A student should be autonomous and work for preventing harm by doing good to
the others and be independent with creating good image of their own.
