INTRODUCTION
A collaborative environment may encourage an individual or a student studying in
college university to showcase their ideas, thoughts and perspective without any hesitation from
others. Students in universities must be allowed to freely express their views, thoughts in order to
have a hod in the campus with their knowledgable thoughts and experience. The education
system of Singapore has been ranked among the top system in eduction in the whole wide world
by the OECD. This has happened due to the style of teaching that was adopted and implemented
by the people of Singapore. The teachers in Singapore adopt a style where there is complete
focus on the students where the teachers make sure that the students have thoroughly gone
through the syllabus before moving forward. The country of Singapore is also considered as an
educational super power where students are able to continue their education even after the age of
18, in comparison on an international level(Cheong, 2019). The centralised approach, structured
format, prescribed national curriculum and uniform practice of teaching in the classroom has
made this possible. This essay will present a reflection on my learning through the PSKC module
in order to give a descriptive knowledge of my learning during the four weeks of my lessons.
MAIN BODY
The personality of an individual will be enhanced with the process of better thinking,
knowledge and creativity. During my First week, I have identified my learning style through the
study session. I have identified and accumulated great knowledge by performing various tasks
and working in an adoptive environment. The Bucks Graduate Attributes have have been a great
support for me in my higher graduation. I have also been able to acknowledge a deep
understanding of the leadership styles with the best suitable leadership style according to my
choice and privilege (de Villiers, 2022) . The different styles of leadership such as participative,
autocratic and free lien leadership style has helped me in understanding the various approaches
through which leadership can be conducted.

During my Second week, I learned about the use of excel, Microsoft Edge, using one
note and office 365 through digital literacy with reading skills. When it comes to academic and
professional lives, there has been use of office suite which was an internal factor. This has really
helped me in attaining good knowledge with a better understanding. It has also helped me to
improve my skills as I am a student and is still in learning phase. The application of it in my
daily life has become difficult in order to learn new things. But with this learning, I have gained
confidence to work on my skills of reading by understanding the modules in a better way. I am
also focused on learning tutorials, books and understanding posters by reading mails from the
university. Therefore, a proper research has helped me in doing my assignments, and
continuously improving my grammatical errors.
In my Third week, I have learnt the importance of communication skills with the use of
its application. I am even able to learn the accuracy, verified writing and vocabulary in order to
fulfil my objective of learning. I have even learned about the paraphrasing with the help of
portfolio, structured reports and essays (Kholmurzaev, and Tokhirov, 2021). With the learning
and application of all these things, I have also improved my word skills with improvement in my
writing. This application of this module needs more time to adapt to passive voice understanding.
A deep understanding of third person has also helped me in having an enhanced skill. I think the
daily use of it with my consistent practising will help me attain more better results.
In my Fourth week, I have analysed that I ned to practice more in order to put out my
valuable experiences into action. I am also able to have a understanding of Kolb's theory, in
which there is use and application of thinking, planning and reflection. A reflective practitioner
needs to apply this theory in order to gain productive results. I also have a better understanding
of the quantitive and qualitative resources with the application of critical thinking in order to
have a good knowledge of the researching skills in my learning session of 4 weeks. Websites,
periodicals and books have helped me in understanding the use of researching skills through
valuable teaching of my teacher. I have also learn about reflective thinking through Kolb's cycle
of reflection. The two techniques of reflection which includes learning in action and learning on
action has helped me have a better understanding of the use of reflection (Lassig, 2021). The
fear of failure have also prevented me from clearing my doubts but I have learned that the

process of learning never ends and it is very important for me to improve my communication
skills in order to be more confident in my application of learning.
Overall, I will be able score high grades with the use of these skills and which will
further help me in my academic life. My confidence have arisen by having a clear understanding
of the use and application of right materials, week plans and modules. It is also very important
for an individual to have a belief about the application of his own actions in order to experience
and observe the valuable skill of learning, communication and reading by having a high
intellectual power (Morrison, Frost, Gotch, McDuffie, Austin, and French, .et.al 2021). The use
of this module has been very beneficial for my personal development and has also helped me in
having a deep understanding of the advanced application of learning.
CONCLUSION
From the above essay, it is concluded that there is a very important role of skills an
knowledge which helps in attaining success at the university. The application of different skills
in daily life of a person will help to adopt a creative method of learning. The use of
communication is also very important in the life of a student as it will enable a person to express
his thoughts and views very clearly with clearing of his doubts in a more clear way by adopting
the skill of communication.
