Active listeners: with practice I have developed active listening skills and it is one
of my greatest strengths as during listening to others I maintain full concentration
on what is being said. This helps me give full attention to the speaker and it is a
strength in my life and career as it makes me get fully engaged to others
perspectives during a conversation, encourages trust and rapport, indicates
concern as well as helps me interpret what others are saying in discussion and
meetings (Cojocariu & Butnaru, 2014).
Observation: being observant is relevant to me as it helps me pay more attention
and it is one of the substantial strengths in my life and career as it means
watching people, situation and events happening around me carefully and then

facts instead.
