Experience
From 2005 to 2009, I have been able to identify the aspects that have helped me in
development of favourable nature of in terms of my future career value proposition. Not only
have I started as a rookie in Event marketing after which I diverted from track after which I
found myself associated myself with roles of a flight attendant followed by the role of a floor
supervisor. From 2008 to 2009 I got back in track and started operating as a retail in JoYa
International. Business development and admin manager was my designation from 2015 to 2016.
After taking a gap for some years due to educational needs, I re-joined as a business
development and marketing manager in Smart Kids Kindergarten after which I was back on track
in terms of advancement in accordance with my ultimate goal of becoming a marketing retail
manger.
Education
I have been able to understand that education is a crucial factor that I must be able to
align myself with in order to proceed favourably in my career. Hence, I have been successful in
ensuring that I will be able to gain favourable nature of outcomes in accordance with the
requirements that are associated to the ultimate goal. I have a degree in airline hospitality,
financial computing, and certification in airport safety inspection and am currently pursuing BSc
in Marketing. The current course that I am associated to helps in developing the skills that are
associated to the development of a favourable competency in accordance with the needs that are
associated to my final goal of being involved as a marketing manager. The course has helped me
in developing understanding regarding various marketing concepts. The scope of marketing as a

subject is huge and there are various factors that determine the success of an individual when it
comes to marketing. Thus, I am now aware of the activities that I have to incorporate into my
activities so that I am able to understand the needs of the company that I am associated the
actions that I have to take so that I am able to help the organisation that I am a part of in gaining
favourable nature of outcome both in the short and the long run.
Competencies
The core competencies of an individual helps them in gaining favourable nature of
outcomes when it comes to the advancement in the industry or the company that they are
associated to. Over the years I have been able to develop digital skills. Digital marketing helps
has been recognised as one of the top skills that can assist one in the current marketing
environment. I am adept in MS Office and am capable of using Social media operators
Facebook, WeChat, Line, Instagram and others. The digital skills are backed up by the skills my
ability to speak in three languages namely English, Chinese and Japanese. Hence, I am sure that I
will be able to progress as an efficient marketer in future.
