• As a leader one needs to be able to relate to other staff and understanding their stages in the

• I think the leader should be able to influence others in order to achieve the established goals.
• Lastly a leader should respond to the feedbacks obtained from others for ensuring an effective

performing good practice. My heroes are the old people. These people can be in any profession

these old models my ideas on leadership is also developed from everyone present around us
