Personal development plan is the process of self analysis and personal reflection. This
report illustrate about the personal audit in order to enhance the skills and opportunities in order

models which help the individual to achieve their employability and study skills (Brooke, 2017).

Skills audit is a very appropriate assessment which is associated to the research skills and
knowledge. In addition to this audit is very required in because it provide evidence which is
associated to the developing competency. Along with best skill audit is associated with
requirement analysis that identify any kind of Need For training and personal development.
Gibbs Cycle
This is the famous cycle model of reflection which contain six stages in order to explore
about the experience which is descriptions feelings evaluation analysis confusion and action
plan. This model is used in several consequences and situation and very useful in monitor and
evaluating its first of reflection is the concept which is used by the individual in order to enhance
the understanding and proof of practices which is based on learning for stop this process need
one look beneath the surface of events and much experience in order to accomplish their depth
level of understanding about their learning experience. This model is inspired by Kolb’s learning
cycle which enables the individual to effectively reflect on their situation and occurrence. This
process contain a loop which are mentioned below:
Description this is the element which need a actual illustration about the incident. In this stage
there is no conclusion is drawn and this information is focusing on the information (Carless and
Chan, 2017). In order to improve and enhance my skills it is very required for me to identify my
weaknesses points in order to build up the background and when understanding of the
weaknesses.

Feelings this is the stage in which it illustrate about the emotions which are felt by the individual
during the incident. This stage conduct several questions like:
o What do you feel before the incident
o What do you feel during it
o What do you think other people site
This state helps the individual to identify their feelings which difficult during the particular

Evaluation is the stage they evaluate about the incident and in this stage there is some questions
like:
o What went well
o What did not
o What were the negative and positive aspect of the particular situation
These are the questions which help the person to evaluate about their good and bad part of the
condition in order to judge the incident.
Analysis: in this stage the individual think about that what might have helped the situation. That
means what the steps are taken by the individual in order to improve and handle their situation in
very appropriate manner. Along with this state help the person to you worked on their previous
experience if there is a requirement in the current situation.
Conclusion this is the state in which the individual identify about that what they have learnt
from the situation. in this stage there is some questions asked by the person that is:
o What else could they have done in that situation
o What are the skills which helps the person to cope up with better experience
o How would the react if this similar situation again.
