INTRODUCTION
After completing by secondary education, I got opportunity to pursue my learning from
Oxford Business College. I came to England with wide plans for coming future. I have
belongings from Romania which is a small town having limited chances of success for younger
generations. When I got the opportunity for studying in the large and most popular college, I
realised that my future is going to change very soon. When I began studying in the college, I
realised that there are high probabilities of success as availability and support of good teachers
makes it possible. It is one of possibility that gives me hope to give my children a better future.
MAIN BODY
How and why learner has developed during the module
In Oxford Business college, I attended various classes in order to gain information about
the unit. Studying in the place improved my learning about techniques for overseeing and
supervising operations of company. It is a discipline to coordinate entire phases of organisational
operations via effective planning (Markauskaite and Goodyear, 2017). during the coursework, I
gained knowledge about managing resources, management approaches and styles, need of
effective communication and many more topics. The coursework improved my thinking and
implementing activities for managing critical complexities, barriers and issues that I can face
while working as employee in well established or developing entity. It is important for me to
open or establishing my own business in coming years or future. Moreover, it is also important
for me to give my children a better future and making them eligible to stand in the society that is
full of opportunities. While attending the module, I felt great as this module has improves my
thinking and understanding way for situations that can arise in business. It has also enhanced my
business skills to scan or monitor the external environment to grab opportunities and tackle
threats in calm manner.
I as learner, I have developed myself through effective communicative skills and having
passion to learn about business management. The effective communication skills that helped me
in developing myself in the module is listening and understanding. With this skill, I was able
catch smartly what teacher is speaking and applying the same on me to learn about managing
business practice. I soon realised that my communication along with understanding skills have
improved to huge extent. I am now able to understand effectively what professors are saying and

also revert back to what they ask. Along with this, my English language was also improved as
now I am able to communicate with other in fluent English. I became aware of this when I took
part in debate and put my views in understandable English that was my outstanding performance
(Pepper, 2016). while studying in the coursework, I observed various practices performed by my
tutor and applying the same in the working area that leads to develop me to greatest. During the
module, I also paid attention towards providing feedbacks for the message received or about
some operations to others. The other communication that improved me is verbal and non verbal
communication, these have influences me through having face to face, oral, written etc ways to
communicate with others. This is one of interesting thing that I liked and I was greatly
influenced by this as this keeps information confidential among people and also provides timely
feedbacks for communicated information. In professional contexts, all the skills including
providing feedbacks, observance, listening and understanding, respectfulness, selecting right
medium and clarity in communication played important role in helping me to develop me as
learner. I think that course work is effective study for the one who have huge interest in business
field as it develops a person to become an entrepreneur and operate their business. I feel that the
studying in the college always motivated me and made me a person capable to handle situations
pertaining in business in effective and efficient manner.
The reason for developing me as learner is to achieve credentials for professional position.
Moreover, the other reason for the same is to improve knowledge for building strong
relationships with other people and reducing misunderstanding for some working. Developing
creativity, innovation and ascertaining transparency was the main reason to develop me a learner
in module as all these are necessary to manage operations and other related practices in business.
Developing me as learner was also done with the hope of getting top position in some of the
organisation so that I achieve success in showing my talents and working hard to assist the
company in attaining growth aspects in the competitive scenario. Further, I also learnt about
hooking with audience by making eye contact, using hand gestures while giving presentations to
employees or other colleagues in my academic together with professional context.
Reflection of the ways to approach future challenges as well as expectations of university course
During the module, I feel about various ways to approach towards upcoming challenges and
meeting expectations of university course. A learner or student while attending module can face
certain types of challenges and it is very important to have effective solutions to deal with all.

One of the future challenges is getting ready as I have fear to face university challenges as they
are competitive and it is also important to get ready for high educational studies. Hence, I as
learner tool the challenge and prepared myself for approaching towards higher education
differently and giving best performances in examination. Another challenge is requirements of
high grades as certain number of percentage are required to enrol or get admission in top
universities (Sternberg, 2016). I personally believe that high grades define the level of education
and knowledge that a student have or achieved in different types f modules. To approach the
challenge, I will work hard in the module and will gain good grades so that I will be successful in
sitting in classes of higher education.
There are various expectations of a learner of university courses. One of my expectation is
for personality development as it is very important to get employment after completing
university courses. I as learner have huge expectation from the module in university coursework
as at the time of enrolling for the course in university students have high expectation to develop
them for becoming capable of achieving high employment. The other future expectation is well
settled career (Torrance, 2018). I as student have high expectations from the module that I will
have high settled career which will be my success. While studying in the module, I experienced
that effective earning skills are necessary in getting employment in future. Furthermore, it is also
experienced that good grades, personality, and knowledge about the field and so on factors are
also important for getting employment.
CONCLUSION
As per the information in mentioned essay, it is concluded that opportunities for higher
learning makes an individual effective enough to manage operations and get suitable
employment. Effective communication skill that is key in learning includes listening and
understanding, clarity, providing feedback, emotional intelligence and may more. A learner
approaches towards the future challenges by adopting suitable solution and meet expectations
with effective results.
