INTRODUCTION
Reflective summary is a statement under which the person shares their learning and
personal experience relating to anything. This is a good source of working and sharing the
personal experience of the person with other people. Further this reflective statement is also a
good method of personal evaluation. The major reason underlying this fact is that when the
people do a personal analysis then they comes to know about their strength and weaknesses and
this assist the person in developing their weakness and maintain their strength. Thus, with help of
statement the person is able to analyse themselves and this assist in managing their career in
effective and efficient manner. The current reflective summary will include the analysis of the
three major type of areas in which knowledge is gained. Further the analysis of the overall
performance of the whole working and the different feedbacks which were provided during the
study will be listed.
Analysis of gained knowledge
For being an effective learner and person the most important thing for the person is to
analyse the knowledge they have learnt till now. This is very essential because of the reason that
there are many different up gradation within the environment and these have to be undertaken in
order to manage this in effective manner. Thus, the major three important topics learnt during the
class and their discussion is a follows-
Time management skills- before the class as well I was having effective time
management skill. Thus, this was assistive in managing the working as a learner to a great extent.
This is particularly because of the reason that when I know the importance of time and
completing work on time. Thus, due to this reason I was able to complete the assignment on time
and this gave me a competitive advantage (Sainz, Ferrero and Ugidos, 2019). Further for the self-
organization I had a little problem as I was not able to manage my stuff in effective manner. But
with help of the effective time management skill i was able to manage my all work in effective
manner. As with help of effective time management i am able to manage my work own work in
effective manner and this assisted me in becoming more self- organized.
With the study I was able to learn that prioritising all the activities is very essential for
the better organizing of all the activities. Further with the help of effective written
communication ability I learnt that making notes in clear and concise language. Thus, with this I

line the team work in assistive in every field (Bell and et.al., 2018). The major reason for this is
that in any field the person cannot work in isolation and for this there is great requirement of
learning the team ethics so that team work can be done in effective manner. Before the classes I
was knowing the importance of team work but I was not much effective and comfortable
working in a team.
With the help of different team working theories like the Tuckman team development
theory I learnt the importance of working in a team. By referring to this, I learnt that the team is
formed as per the Tuckman team development theory then the working in team is very
systematic and effective. The major reason for this is that this model assists the person in
forming the team in proper sequence or process which makes the team a strong and effective
team (Murawiński, 2017).
Further with the help of the Belbin team role theory I learned that a person has many
different types of roles in the team. Every role of each person is important for the effective
working of the team. These roles makes it clear that which employee has what type of role and it
is clear in advance that how the employees have to deal with the other team members. Further
the clear defining of the role will assist the employees in knowing in advance that which type of
work they have to perform while working and this will ensure that work is being completed on

more than I am not in condition of doing things in good and effective manner. Further there are
many different types of techniques with which the stress can be managed. The most important is
the being friendly and social and because of this I can be in position of managing the stress. The
major reason for this is that when I will be social then I will be able to manage the stress as I can
share my problem with others and this will relax me as I have shared my problem with others.
Further in future I will also try to inculcate more strategies for managing stress as the
stress will not end. If anything will not be as per my expectation or if there are any change which
I don’t like, then this will increase my stress. Thus, following the different strategies I will be

my habit of getting stressed and when I got to know that there is feedback then I got hyper that

activities as this will help me in relaxing and give proper time in managing my feedback and
work according to that.
