light on the higher education learning and its importance in building personal and professional
skills for future employability.
MAINBODY
Definition of higher education and importance for HE learner for personal and professional skills
development
Higher education also known as secondary education at the end of the higher education a
certificate or a diploma of the achievement is granted to the high education learner ensure the
basic status of completion. Higher-educational learning include the knowledge of academic skills
which a HE learner studied not only from the institutions or Schools but similarly from the
many specialized HE learning center which are rendering service in the for preparing the further
study in order to gain the personal and professional skills for the future employability scope. The
common requirement to enter into the higher education center is to complete secondary from a
well-recognized institutions which the eligible marks in case of admission based on the merit list.
For my future skills development I am looking forward to vantage the HE learning to develop
personal and professional skills for the future employability. Sure, inflowing the effort energy
will involve a agenda, but it’ll be unlike a school (Kartal, 2020). I myself started to have a
negative attitude toward education like many youngsters or let me say my friends of that age did,
this is due to as there was partial liberty and self-direction in high school. Although there would
be subjective courses which as a student I have choose by adhering the eye of my field of interest

or the industry or role I am looking to be in future. I had a appealing firm clue about what type of
the carrier I would be prefer or choose after being graduated, but in high school I was given
direction towards that carrier. So for me higher education was all about learning the essentials
skills, training and idea about the necessary personal and professional skills to be successful in
the dream future profession.
Well looking at this I became healthier and wiser in high school as I came in-front of so
many new things new people some of them were with so much positive energy which made me
explore new things that made me healthier mentally and physically. So as we say every coin
have two side I came along with negative people too, people who betrayed me, who took
advantage of me and that even taught me some life lessons that are crucial in the life coming
ahead of me. For me high school was not all about being professional or how to lead your
professional life, high school for me was more than that, high school taught me how to lead life
in the right was, it taught me the difference between what’s right and what’s wrong and it taught
me the ethical ways to do things. High school even taught me how to rise up from the worst
situations and how to make the right decision even in the worst situations.
Looking at the skills I developed in high school are as:-
Better communication:- Now I learned both ways of communication call it verbal or
written because in higher education I came in touch with much more professional people
and advanced training which wanted me to stand up-to their level of communication and
that fear of lacking behind of other’s made me more enchanted towards good
communication
Analytical thinking skill:- Analytical skills can be developed by developing an aptitude
to sense and though over something critically and reflect the examination to make a
judgment. For example – as I talked earlier about life experiences we have in high school
it becomes crucial to all areas of life (Cullen, 2020). When an individual developed a
critical thinking mindset they have the capability to recognize a problem, and analyse the
appropriate solution for the problem before it turn to be reactive to the other
circumstances.
Identification of skills :- I found out that I have skills I didn’t knew I had as I got
exposed to new things and new ideas in a higher education environment

Realization of passions: - I later realized in higher school that I really had a strong
passion for gaming and knowing that today I have a well-established gaming channel
which is making me come across different people around the world.
Leadership: - Leadership is a crucial skill I learned in high school, this skill made me
come forward in any situation to make a stand and face situations. It also raised my
confidence in several ways Leadership is not limited to head towards large or small
teams; its essence lies in taking initiatives. However you use it, your foundation as an
educator will allow you to go further in technology and self-maintenance.
A sense of accomplishment: - A high school qualification is something we should be
proud of, but, because high schools is compulsory for up to 16 years, we as students are
spending around partial of our time there without choosing to do so(Lyz and et. al.,
2020). That would make you sense more responsible than something you have
voluntarily followed. But choosing to enter and complete a higher education program is
based solely on human action, and the nerves of achievement that comes from going
“more and more” is something that has inspired me to confidently follow whatever I want
in life.
Sense of professionalism :- Yes it is a very important skill I developed being in high
school as I came in touch with professional people out there which I didn’t saw earlier the
way the professionals talk the way they carry themselves everything was a great
influence and significance for me that sense of professionalism even brought discipline in
my life
Conclusion
Therefore, from the carried out study it has been concluded that higher education learning
gives growth in both personal and professional aspects of life through all the experiences a
student have in their higher educational life all the ups and downs with the skills and discipline
we develop in high school makes us ready to face every situation of life. Further, report has also
outline the key skills which a HE leaner can learn in their academic course duration.
