his own way. In the following report, several aspects will be performed when it
comes to research skills. An article will be chosen and factors such as accuracy,
purpose, relevance and other aspects of it will be evaluated. Following which, a
paragraph will presented, which will be required to be paraphrased. Finally, a
paragraph will be written using multiple scholarly sources.

Our ‘Us vs Them’ World: 5 Reasons Why Globalism Is Failing
In this article, the dichotomy, which leads to the failure of globalism, has been
discussed. Within it five perspectives have been discussed (i.e. economics,
technology and automation, society and culture, security, technology and filter
bubbles) by Time magazine. Time is a news-website magazine, which is situated
in New York City.
Currency: The article is not up to date as it was published in 2017. Since that
period, themes such as regionalism acts as a political factor, that is failing
globalism (Sunkel and Inotai, 2016).
Relevance: It is relevant within global identity, an individual tries to attain global
citizenship through globalism.
Authority: Iam Bremmer wrote this article. Time magazine is a reliable source as
it is one of the largest news magazines around the world. The website is a
trusted newspaper source, since it cites all information and gives the source from
where it is providing the information.
Accuracy: Yes, the claims that are made in this article are supported. He
attained the information for various resources such as data.worldbank.org,
theverge.com, nytimes.com and others. This form of research is qualitative in
nature since he has used existing data.
Purpose: The writer is merely reporting on the subject. Through the information,
an informative feeling towards globalism is provided. There is a neutral type of
language, which has been used. People using fake ID cards should be legally
punished. This article is written to inform about the reasons that cause globalism.

88% millennial wish to work with a business that promotes the same thinking,
which they have. This figure was ascertained in a recent survey that had been
conducted by PwC. The survey stated more, that 86% millennial would consider
leaving their jobs if the corporate the employer has not performed social
reasonability action as it did not meet their own standard ( DeVaney, 2015). This
survey observes that millennial today are seeking career fulfillment and will take
any drastic step to ensure that they attain this. This raises the importance of vital
issues such as equality, gender diversity, and sustainability, as employers can no
longer perform just lip service. They have to take action. When compared to an
average workforce, then it can be said that the purpose-focused organizations
are three folds more productive.
Employees are more energetic and enthusiastic when they are aware that they
are helping something much larger. Millennial think about the big about broader
image. A business cannot just seem ethical from the above, the must incorporate
a positive values if they want seem desirable to their workforce. A fortified team
is the lifeline of a business that succeeds. It is only through working within a
common vision that a business may actually motivate its workforce. It is normal
for owners and shareholders to expect some form of return. It would be an
amazing motivator, if employee go into work every day and know that they are
performing something, which is good for the society.

Write a paragraph
AI or Artificial Intelligence is the field of computers, which uses information and
intelligence display and performs the traits of animals and humans.
Through Artificial Intelligence, the lives of human can be made very easy. The
core principle of AI is meeting the gap between mechanical knowledge and
practical usage (Nilsson, 2014). Artificial Intelligence uses machine learning that
they can remember the details of the work, which they are performing ( Cohen
and Feigenbaum, 2014). They observe, remember patterns and perform the
same. It has been ascertained that in the coming 120 years AI can do things
such as drive a truck, write a book and even perform a surgery. With progress of
this level, the famous physicist Stephen Hawking puts forth the argument that AI
might end humankind as they might be reach a level of higher self-preservation
higher than humans (Cellan-Jones, 2014).
When it comes to the business sector, there are two ways where AI would have
more effect than another does. Sectors such as the education system,
information and communication sector would benefit immensely from AI. While
sectors such as retail, construction, transport and other would suffer since they
require repetitive tasks. This is because the brain intelligence within AI is more
accustomed towards social life academic solutions which simpler and more
straightforward solutions (Lu et al., 2018).
In the above study, the degree of progress, which AI can make in the future, and
what it can accomplish now has been discussed.

Conclusion
In the above report, three tasks have been performed to fulfil different criteria.
First, an article by Iam Bremmer has been analyzed whether the sources which
he has been using is right or not. Second, paraphrase has been performed on
how millennial think about work culture and if they will not work for employers
who have not done something for the society. Third and finally, a paragraph has
been written on Artificial Intelligence where the progress, which can be made by
the technology and how useful it is business sectors, is ascertained.
