In the existing business scenario, it is mandatory for the retail small and medium-sized
enterprises to gain their understanding of corporate social responsibility to sustain their
position in the marketplace. Moreover, it is also evaluated that corporate social responsibility

could facilitate an organization to conduct suitable behavior at the working place (Kiessling,
Isaksson, & Yasar, 2016). The corporate social responsibility is an effective technique that
assists researcher scholar to meet the research aim and objectives of the firm in limited time
and cost. It offers and opportunities to small and medium-sized enterprises for expanding
their business and make a relationship with the huge amount of consumers. The corporate
social responsibility also permits the firm to perform social-wellbeing activity, as it would
lead to improving the economic condition of the country in the least time (Ramadani, Abazi-
Alili, Dana, Rexhepi, & Ibraimi, 2017). Thus, it can be evaluated that corporate and social
responsibility could permit retail small and medium-sized enterprises to directly or indirectly
converse with their specified consumers and retain them for long-term. It could also be
imperative for the firm to obtain higher competitive benefits (Reverte, Gómez-Melero, &
Cegarra-Navarro, 2016).
