After analyzing the detail requirements and scope of Sydney Seafood restaurant kitchen
renovation project it has been determined that, cluster of obstacles are there which may interrupt
the success and pathway. It is responsibility of the project manager to identify these obstacles
and resolve each of these respectively. The foremost factor that influences the changes was based
on public demand and their expectations. The net cost estimated for this specific project is
around Million dollars. For complete removal of the kitchen, floor plan configuration, new
kitchen construction structural and operational improvement is very crucial. Technical changes,
