Role of social media in marketing operation in the organization.
From the above study I've learned that social media plays an important role in operational
activities of Tesco by following -
Along with effective business platform for organizational culture it has also developed
aspects of business operations such as marketing and engaging customers.
Social media market has promoted business activities in such a type that they can learn
effectiveness of marketing campaign and develop their entire marketing plan based on
feedback.
Helped develop healthy relationship with community member focused to use its product
or commodity.

The above study reflected that to attain the desired objective of evaluating role of social
media in the organization for marketing operation by
Primary data is evaluated from research methodology by implementing inductive and
deductive approach.
Thereafter interpretivism and positivism will be followed to evaluate human thereafter
positivism study to justify natural phenomena along with properties and relations.
Further primary data is collected through with original study and through questionnaire
with open and closed interviews thereafter secondary data is reflected by several books
and journals.
Simple random sampling has been considered into effect from large population and we
took a sample of 20 people giving equal opportunity to respondent.
Thematic data is considered by primary data to present different graph helped in better
developing of data.
Consent of all respondent is taken into account and the assessed data is kept secret to
maintain ethical factor alive and maintain secrecy.
Further after team submission of all the factor, data and statistics team consent the approval for
selection of following table is approved to manage their efficiency.

Sampaling method is evaluated forecasting of data in the process along with happenence
of primary and secondary search as well.
The primary data is collected originally from first occurrence itself by filling of
questionnaires from various articles. Whereas secondary data is collected by different
books and journals from several other topics.

I have analysed by the study that several people around 15 respondents out of 20 believe
that plays a vital role in achieving organizational objectives whereas 5 respondents believe
marketing does not play any role in success of organization.
Marketing operating in organization helps in developing awareness upon organizational
products, thereafter they are responsible for improving customer relations also rpoviding
information about customer development.

The literature review structure is developed to develop the efficiency of the program so as
to maintain the effect of literature review criteria as well in the organization.

I have developed my learning that effective marketing techniques will boost up business
process that help in earning effective advantages among the rival so that business attain
comparative advantage. The type of marketing techniques acquired enormous amount of adinece
and help attainment of competitive advantage to the business.

synergies I experienced, individually and in the teamwork
This research project helped me to understand different ways in which social media
network influences marketing operations of an organizations. Study of different ways also helped
me to understand that that it is extremely important for retail sector organizations to understand
and work on social media as it drastically affects their marketing operations. With the help of
this research project I was able to gain an insight of current marketing techniques which further
boosted my knowledge. I feel that this knowledge is quite important for growth and development
of my career. This research project was quite a unique and new experience for me because there
were various challenges, issues that were faced by me, I learned various ways through which we
can overcome such issues and problems. Other than this I also learned that there is a lot of
difference in working within a group and working individually. One of the main issues faced by
me was in formation of aim and objectives as the research topic chosen was quite large. It took
us almost 6 days to decide aim and objectives of the research. Other than this selecting accurate
and proper research methods, and distributing roles and responsibilities of each and every
member was a challenging task. It was one of the most critical task of complete business
research proper as whole research is based on correct selection of research methods. In order to

overcome this challenge first of all I evaluated all pros and cons of each research method and
based on this, selection of all research methods was done. This also helped me to gain knowledge
about the research project projects are carried out, ethical considerations are taken care of, things
that are needed to be taken care of while working in a team, ways in which issues or challenges
are faced and how to overcome them. There is no doubt that I struggled to overcome these issues
and challenges but I was able to learn new things that will help them in future and work as a
unique experience in growth and development of my carrier.

From the above study I've learned that marketing aspects have been changed in current
sceneries and condition in -
Attaining enormous amount of audience for their products and services and had faced a
boost up in their sales figure.
The involvement of digital platform in marketing of products and services proved to
involve less cost in their business operation type along with the fact that any firm by this
method will gain enough amount of attention in the market.
I've developed my knowledge that the process aims to develop its awareness in market
so as attain competitive advantage among rivals.
