In client management, there are various complex needs of people with different problems as
well related to mental ill-health. Due to this, arising of issues is faced by social workers while
collaborating with psychiatrists or medical providers. As they lack in shared theoretical
framework and can be at hierarchy’s different levels which requires strategies to address such
potential conflicts. Firstly, it defines the negotiating procedures to work together and other
involves aligning or matching approaches of treatment. There is creation of difficulties based
on some occasions where trust and communication aspects are considered in the relationship
between the young person and the caregiver in the healthcare organisations. Social workers
are concerned with the individual’s behaviour internal side such as problem-solving skills and
their emotional problems (Reamer, 2017). Also, the external side consists of family life
quality, the neighbourhood’s safety, child attending school, and the amount of money to live.
It is the major issues for social workers to solve by eliminating and solving them.
Social workers play the role of making sure about the services continuity after facing the
disaster related to disruptions and addressing the unmet needs. Social workers need to have a
basic background check, tracking possible credits for the requirement of public assistance
funds, liability and training for minimizing safety risks, and need for coordinated and regular
communication with the clients while providing numerous services. Moreover, other issues
include health issues of clients, financial problems, domestic issues related to stress, job loss,
and emotional problems for supporting individuals and their families requiring support
(Ambrose-Miller & Ashcroft, 2016). Thus, social workers perform their all the rights and
duties appropriately but if engaged in multiple relationships with clients can generate a risk of
potential harm or exploitation to the client.
