This project examines the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within Starbucks to meet sustainable objectives. It begins with an introduction to CSR and its importance in today's business environment, followed by a project management plan utilizing PERT and CPM. The project includes a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a Gantt chart to organize tasks. Task 2 details the research methodology, including qualitative and quantitative methods, research philosophy (interpretivism), research design (descriptive), and approach (inductive), along with data collection methods (questionnaires), sampling (simple random), and data analysis (thematic). Task 3 involves data analysis and recommendations for improving CSR activities in Starbucks. Task 4 reflects on the value of undertaking research. The project aims to describe the importance of CSR, assess its relation to sustainable objectives, evaluate its role in gaining competitive advantages, and recommend improvements. Ethical considerations are also addressed throughout the study.
