INTRODUCTION
The concept of sustainability is one of the most important and valuable concept of the
business which helps the organisation to operate their business on merits. Sustainability enables
the organisation to use ethical and sustainable measure in their business management such as
honesty, ethical leadership and management, promote natural environment which does not
compromise the future development and growth. It is one of those concept which promote the
aspect of social welfare. It helps the businesses to analyse the number of problems which is faced
by the society and makes efforts to make them possible the solution of these problems of the
market. This report is based on the establishment of effective judgement about the development
of sustainable organisation. This report is based on the case analyses of Climework which is one
of the sustainable organisation of world. This organisation has set biggest example of sustainable
business which helps to spread the awareness towards achievement of sustainable goals of the
business. This report also provides description related to economic and ethical dilemmas faced
by the business management.
MAIN BODY

There are large number of organisations are present in the market which perform their
business in such a way the development of different social problems as side effects of their
business practises. These problems are air pollution, water and noise pollution, land degradation
and many more which are unethical of living beings. The negative outcomes of these practises of
the organisation is to bear by all the living by compromising their health (Allkja, 2020). There
are different types of health and climate issues are developed in the market due to the presence of
these negative practises. The concept of sustainability are developed under which the business
organisations only follow those practises in their business which are ethical in nature and also
promotes the health of their stakeholders for the reduction of business practises and overcome
from number of business problems, There are some businesses are present in the market whose
prime concept of the business are developed in such a way to promote the sustainability by
making the reduction of environmental problems as their business activity. There are different
types of advantages are present for the running of these type of business. One of the core
problem for the development of this type of business is that the government and the other

effective manner. Clime works is the organisation which is developed in the year 2009 by

make effective analyses of risk so that the activities of the organisation are managed in such a
way enables the organisation to achieve positive outcome of risk and minimise their losses.

which becomes negative for their organisations. It depends upon the abilities and the skill set of
the leaders that how they take out their organisations from negative impacts of the COVID
pandemic (Prinos, 2021).
