Study in Canada
I want to study in Canada because of high quality of education and once I receive a
degree from Canadian university, it acts as a mark of trust and excellence. Also, the environment
of being study in Canada is different from others because I get a benefit from world class
education. Further, it has a highly diverse population which results in a rich and vibrant cultural
scene that helps me to explore. Apart from this Canada is a bilingual country which helps
student to develop language skills and also boost my prospects for an interesting career. The
education system of the college in which I will be enrolled encourages cross- disciplinary studies
along with transferable skills that helps to grab best opportunity. It is completely high in
technology field and almost 90% of the population is connected with Internet which is not
possible in any another country. Thus, choosing this country for study helps me to be up to date
with regards to new technology, also provides an enviable quality of life with better cost of
living.
As I have been offered a place to study at George brown College for a Postgraduate
Program in HRM through which I can easily work in an extremely broad range of competitive
global companies with high salaries. I choose this college because it provides me many
opportunities with flexible learning, this reflect College take steps to minimize stress among
students. The faculty of college also assist students to choose the right path and also advise
course curriculum. Moreover, it provides on campus placement and promotes learning
community as well. Thus, offering the best quality of education in all stream, it becomes a
dream of many students to study in this because it is an edge in the job market. So, I choose this
college for my Post graduation (PG).
I particularly choose Postgraduate Program in Human Resources Management because I
am a self motivated individual with excellent time management skills and communication skills.
If I will completed my PG in HRM then it provides an opportunities to progress where I can
easily explore my skills and grab more possibilities. Also, I already assist with recruitment
process by identifying candidates but due to not having any Master degree, many companies do
not hire me as a post of HR Manager. As my professional experience clearly reflected that from
last 3 years I work with HR and have a strong knowledge of same field. That is why, I pursue a
PG so that I got hike in my salary and start maintaining better relationship with other staff
member and learn from them as well. In addition to this, choosing this degree will help me to

improve the ability to recruit and retain a quality of workforce, also assist to improve strategic
decision making skills that further assist career developmental goals.
So, I also posses a strong knowledge of project management which in turn also assist me
to attain my future goal and lead to boost earning potential along with advance in career. Hence,
choosing Postgraduate Program in Human Resources Management will provide me a chance to
working with people, as it is a huge part of any HR role. Through this I come to learn new things
which is also add in my career development and as a result, I become expert at managing staff
relations which in turn help to meet the define aim as well. Hence, opting this program will
provides many opportunities along with improving my personal as well as professional skills
too. Through this program, I support my country because there is a lack of education in Nigeria
and once I will completed my degree course, I provide assistance by providing different
education programs which in turn improve the problem up to some level.
Apart from this, Postgraduate courses assist to improve the individual's professional and
personal skills, such that it helps them to enhance decision making skills which will further aid
in their professional career path. In the same way, with the help of this program, I am also able
to raise many skills which is mandatory in HR Manager. Though I already have good working
experience in this field but adding this program in my resume will help me to make my CV more
attractive and become a first choice of every company. Thus, this program will provides many
benefits at personal level like improving communication skills, so opting Postgraduate Program
in Human Resources Management is beneficial as it assist to attain my career goals.
