Ray, 2018). The present study is based on Morrisons that is a prestigious organization of retail
industry. It offers groceries and other general items to the customers. The present study will
cover the role of talent management in managing the human resources within the organization.
Further, the challenges faced by the organization in managing the talent will also cover in the
