This research project investigates the impact of talent management on the role of human resource management, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. A questionnaire was administered to gather primary data, while books, articles, and journals were used for the literature review. The study employs a positivism philosophy, deductive approach, quantitative research methods, and survey strategy. Findings, presented through frequency distribution tables and graphs, reveal a positive correlation between talent management and HR effectiveness at Aston Martin. The discussion interprets these findings, highlighting the significance of talent management for employee motivation, retention, and overall organizational success. The report concludes with recommendations for Aston Martin to enhance their talent management strategies, focusing on employee engagement, development opportunities, and addressing challenges like employee conflict and turnover. The research underscores the critical role of HR in effectively managing talent to achieve organizational goals.
