Presently, I am here to reflect some of my existing skill sets that make me different as
compared to other candidates and also completely suitable for the present job profile that is of a
human resource manager in one of the reputed retail organisation that is TESCO. One of the
major skill sets that is required for the purpose of performing job roles of a human resource
manager includes being able to effectively communicate, administration expert and possessing
the required amount of HRM expertise & knowledge. Proactivity is also a part of my personality
trait that is going to help in spotting of potential problems so that it can be prevented from
escalating.
My major strengths has been may level of patience to handle situations of conflicts and
contradiction which is one of the main factors that will help me as a HR manager. Since initial
stages of my education journey my goal has been to work in field of Human resource as I believe
that I have that confidence & skills that is required to lead and manage people.
I am willing to work as a HR manager in TESCO as it is a British multinational brand &
a general merchandise retailer. They are having presence across seven countries of Europe and
Asia that makes itself as a market leader in the grocery industry in UK. So it will be a honour for
me to get associated with such a brand name that is having diversified areas of practise in many
different segments of products. I can make efforts up to maximum of my present capabilities to
bring one of the most talented & competent workforce who is motivated at the same time to
contribute towards the organisation in the manner required. I believe in the set mission and
vision of TESCO as a brand that is to be a champion for customers so that they can enjoy a
better quality of life. Apart from this they are believing to provide higher value to their
customers in the right manner. I will be making efforts to create a workforce that is happily
willing to achieve such laid objectives in long run.
I will be able to contribute towards boosting up of the success of TESCO by performing
of assigned roles & responsibilities in a most effective manner by balancing my personal gaols to
be aligned with the mission & vision of the organisation. I am aware that working as a HR
manager my major part of work is to ensure that there is recruitment of right individual for a
right job position. So I will be exploring a detailed valuation of each prospective candidate to
make sure that the company's resources are utilised in a optimum manner. Further I posses the
required skill sets to perform other job roles which includes information related to hiring,

evaluation of present & future performance of employees, devising of pay rolls according to the
level of contribution made, devising of rewards & benefit for employees. Further ensuring that
TESCO is having a motivated workforce who is willing to work towards their organisation in by
contributing maximum according to their competence level.
