1.0 Self-reflection on personal learning and development, and the transferable skills
During the course of learning or the assessment I have developed my personal learning and
development skills in effective as well as efficient manner. In the current period of time I have
learned about the personal learning and development as well as transferable skills in which is
essential for improving the career path. Along with that it is vital to develop in order to improve
the skills and knowledge in an appropriate manner. With the assistance of that the individual
person is able to increase the capability of performing the task. Along with that it deliver huge
support in shaping the personality and increase the self awareness among the person. At the
time of learning or assessment I have determined that if I develop the personal and learning
skills I am able to accomplish my personal as well as professional goals in short period of time.
Basically it encourages me to boost my confidences to deal with the forthcoming challenges.
Along with that it motivate me to improve my communication skills because it is main skill for
exchanging the ideas and views with the other person. During the assessment I have learned
about the importance of transferable skills. These skills involve various element for performing
the job roles and responsibility in the professional life that includes problem solving, critical
thinking, leadership , team work, communication. It will allow me to develop the understanding
and relationship with the variety of the peoples working in and for the association. After the
analysation of these skills I come to know that the professional life is complex then personal life
as it need to be perfectly maintained.
At the time of assessment I was so excited to determine different skills which will deliver help
in bringing the best part of me. It was the great experiences for me because during the personal
learning and development I have determined some of my strength which reflect my capability of
performing the task as well as I have determined the arse of improvement for improving my
performance and enhance my image at working place. In the modern era where the composition
is extremely high it is essential to develop all the skills to deal or defeat the competition.
At that time I have realized that I have good communication skills duet which I am able to
demonstrate my ideas with the variety of the people and motivate them to increase the values in
the association. Furthermore, it helps in bringing out the unique ideas and innovation at
workplace. Beside that my biggest strength is that I have the leadership skills in which I can

leader of the organization is not easy task for that I have to develop the decision-making skills as
I am unable to take the decision quickly and effectively. For becoming the leader it is important
to have the decision-making skills in effective as well as efficient manner. Beside this I have to
adapt the changes and implement plans of action in the organization for the further welfare. I
personally observe that it is good to adapt the changes at workplace and for the decision on the
basis of that. During the academic or professional life I would like to develop some soft skills
which includes critical thinking and problem solving skills too. At time, I have realized that I
face many of the issues in completing the task. Similarly, in the professional life many people
face the issues in completing the task of the classification. So in order to that I have to develop
the skills in adequate manner.
