Travel and tourism sector is part of hospitality industry with one goal and objective that
is to give necessary and desirable services to their consumers. There is a complex relationship
among various dealers in travel and tourism sector they are products of tourism, destination

based on Thomas cook that is leading organisation in travel and tourism sector and also deals in
different sectors such as foreign exchange, corporate and leisure travel, insurance and visa with
passport are main dealings of Thomas cook. This report based on historical developments in
travel industry, features of travel industry and strategies, methods and tools of travel and tourism
