Objectives:

Agency theory establishes the relationship where one party describe work where other party
complete the work. Therefore it involves two parties such as principal who determine or decide
what work should be done and other party is agent who completes the work as per guidance of a

This theory involves two party where one party is principal who provides informations, define
objectives, incentives, recruitment etc. where other party is agent or subordinate who receive
orders and instructions from the principal. Agent or subordinate is liable for the actions for non-

accordingly.

Stakeholder theory:

affected by the activities of organisation.
Critical Evaluation of stakeholder theory:
As the activities of stakeholders can be influenced by the activities of an organisation it is
difficult for an organisation to avoid problems or conflict between an organisation and
stakeholders.
